I'm sure there are many shareholders who look back and feel aggrieved that they could / should of sold up in tons of companies prior to the war as lots of people could of made money and brought back in to the companies at a reduced price. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. But some times you need to have faith in your decisions and just see it through.

His career has involved building companies so they are up and running then selling them. Your career is what exactly? Apart from poorly executed trolling / de-ramping.

The only thing I would say is that there is likely to be a sum in mind that the BOD consider the minimum sell value. Below this the risk/reward starts to become blurred. As far as I can see the RNS typically have always stated that a sale was not guaranteed although it was the preferred option by the tone of the RNS's. They could still go it alone if an offer was considered no to be worth while. Is the SINO deal still not in play?
As such I feel the BOD have a strong hand in saying to any potential buyers you can but at this price otherwise we will progress the mine ourselves. Obviously current circumstances may well play a part in reducing that figure. As you say each side will have a competent team who will be haggling for the best deal they can get. We have UBD, DLA Piper & M&A experienced people on board. Looks to me the BOD have tried to edge there bets with a team to get the best deal possible.

Fingers crossed my thoughts play out but only time will tell. Just my thoughts.

Tut tut, the data i shared clearly shows companies were submitting late accounts pre covid but these are being done during a war with the country hit with sanctions. Give your head a shake. Your response(s) are poor and board on stupidity.

Have you ever been responsible for the submission of accounts? and if so in what contexts? i.e. for a international company? If not how do you know. Stop acting like children, i want i want i want and use your heads.

Newbie, How many multi million / billion deals have you done between various parties from different countries? We cant compare our everyday life to these situations unless you do these big deals. Then throw in Covid and a war.

Newbie, buy to fair my point shows no matter what industry delays occur. I work in construction and can point to numerous projects which have experienced delays for all manor of reasons. It is part of life. Get a mine up and running, get permits from governments or what ever it be takes time and will experience delay.

Go look at Beowulf Mining in Sweden. Who have found the resources but struggling to get the mining permits up and running. For me Swedish government issued permits to find resources then stagnate when it turns out to be a good find. Deals take time. when making comparisons we need to compare apples with apples. EUA sale is not straight forward. I invested in this share because i had faith in the data and the BOD. Still do. Only time will tell if my call was right. But it was my call to invest so you will not catch me moaning about it.

People get a grip. See below which is information available on delay accounts. This is nothing new so please shut the front door. If you are not happy sale up and move on for god sake.

The wave of social distancing and strict regulations in the UK lead to over 25,000 limited companies missing their accounts deadline last year, resulting in unnecessary late filing penalties being issued.

Not directed at the men and women on the ground but the forces never meet deadlines when is comes to get new weapons, ships etc . MOD costs often go over budget and the actual shipment dates are years after the contracted finished date. So in this comparison EUA BOD are not doing to bad.

I appreciate folks are quoting 2 years which is correct but in that time the BOD have been expanding the mine areas / increasing resources which in my simple mind increasing the value therefore any deal is a constantly changing and thus may well be being updated to suit the changing landscape that is Eurasia.

When you consider that and chuck in covid then the war and how them two events impede progress i can sort of see why this has become protracted. Just my opinion. I brought sub 1p many years ago and could of made a good whack when at the high point and hindsight maybe should of but who ken that Russia would do what it has when it did?

I suppose my point is the fundamentals have increased from 2 years ago so even if they dont sell (which from the RNS's there intention still appears to be sell) they can go alone just will take longer to generate the value. Sinosteel as far as im concerned as not gone away.

Again just my thoughts. But those that say this is failed is being premature. They must have an agenda.

I don't post often has I have a life and have no objective to drive share down or spread rumours. The fact is while the war carries on there is not much going to happen in my opinion. It is somewhat a game of cat and mouse and as I have said before this is not a environment where you want to be blaring out look what we have as this could add additional risk. For me it is a case of riding this out. So if you don't like it simplify sell up and move on. Moaning or spreading bad vibes offers nothing unless you have hidden agenda to try and scare folks. Don't blame BOD blame those that cause COVID (who ever they are) and Putin. Stop Bitcxxxx as the comments i see are neither clever or relevant. If you are not prepared to sell up (assuming you have shares) then just put up with it. Unless any of you can stand up and say you have sold a firm (potentially for a large sum) in a country that is in war and has sanctioned imposed on it.

How many M&A deals have you done? Secondly doing it through a pandemic and then war. I assume your line of work is more profitable than UBS, DLA etc as you seem to be implying that in your opinion this should be been done a long time ago so have to assume you have done this before? Some things take time. Like i always say if not happy sell and move on. If you think it will come good then no point moaning or trying to make out you or we know better than the BOD, DLA & UBS.

Well for me in this situation with sanctions etc why would a company with a vast amount of resources at it finger tips shout out hey look at me and risk being used as a weapon by VP to hit back at western sanctions. Do we shareholders want to be in same boat as the former Chelsea football club owner? This is time to get on with advancing the sites and preparing for the day when this hopefully all settles down and commerce is back to normal. Hence why I mentioned poker as you have to know when not to show your hand and you clearly want the BOD to show its hand. IMO this is not the time.
