Panr Knew they had moveable hydrocarbons prior to the shut in and subsequent pressure testing, possibly still on going.

What they did not know at the time i suspect. But now under scrutiny from several potential partners is:

Pressure, Flow characteristics, Permeability & connectivity of the reservoir. Positive analysis from these key components will determine recovery potential and indeed commerciality. If these positives are realised then a contingent grading would be realised and any interested parties, lets say become more interested. An honest and open RNS i feel and a step in the right direction with focus being championed it would appear by LS

An RNS can be held back Lee. You are correct!

However the rules are extremely strict.

Qualifying reasons such as M&A Negotiations, Funding, Strategic Partnerships (Think LS mentioned that)

& the one i like...Commercial Contracts being progressed.

However as i understand an RNS MUST be released without delay if Information leaks, any confidentiallity is compromised.........& a share price Moves for no apparent reason, suggesting a leak.
