Max joined Panr almost a year ago, and Erich came on board in June last year.

Their first major initiative, Magrez, unfortunately didn’t deliver operationally — aside from providing useful data. Not the strongest start.

They’re now well past the honeymoon phase, so I imagine Dubhe is being monitored very closely, with pressure-test indicators reviewed almost daily. A pause or lockdown was likely discussed at length. After Magrez, they’ll know they need a clear result.

Personally, I think they need to land Dubhe successfully before moving on to Kodiak.
