From previous experience a typical closed period is 30 days before and leading to annual financial statement. We have just had that.

So i presume albeit not absolutely sure, like you suggest. If we are still in a closed period then negotiations are on going.

If we are not?? then one could conclude that negotiations of any farmin are complete with a conclusion we would be notifighed....expect an RNS shortly.

IMO Negotiations are on going and may still take a few more months yet.
