If that was the case it would have been worded like a normal speeding ticket, imo they were told to release something by the legal team in order to be squeaky clean with the upcoming sale
They then chose to release that statement which was very carefully worded to be a not speeding ticket/speeding ticket that ticks boxes but technically doesnt say “there is no reason for this share price increase” rather it said “share price is increasing and all info from interims stands”
Thats my take on it anyway and for what it matters and why i haven't comment med heavily before i really dont think it is in any way related to a potential price, be it full sale , assets/asset or even benchmarking off it.
This sale will be based on resources in ground of which in the coming days/weeks we should expect an update from what AP have found.
