Hi all basically its just how these exploration licenses work, they have expiry date and submission dates to adhere to, at the end of the process depending on findings they can either be given new dates and longer exploration license, moved up to a production license or simply cancelled as nothing found of significance.
Rosgeo submitted feasibility studies on the 3 areas contained within the poaz license earlier this year around june, this will then be discussed with rosnedra as to what the next step may be (most likely on going discussion as we speak using data found)
Hope this helps basically its just usual protocol for exploration
In the case of an asset sale which is the thing in rns we are going after everyones shares will stay the same and there is no “new” company. Simply the same company you have shares in today and no they cannot take your shares away from you because they sold assets. This is basic stuff.
To understand how these areas could be part of jv first you have to consider how exactly how transfer from rosgeo can be achieved, to transfer an area it needs to fall into an owned license rosgeo licenses atm are priorzone, nyud and poaz that could be classed as adjacent to mt.
For me its most probably not priorzone but poaz and nyud.
Poaz which contains 3
Nyud currently 4, however out of nyud from recent and past exploration papers there is definite signs of ore continuation into offsetnoye and vuru south east. This is my most probable outcome but i do have a couple other theories.
Bill you must not take the news on its own, consider it as part of the bigger picture, this happening now after months of nothing, 2 trading days after DD complete rns, soon after cash raising, weeks after license transfer being “in advanced stages”
Then you look at rosgeo starting the paper work for transfer of company ownership….. it spells out a pretty clear picture of whats to come to me
Hi mac
Let me try and do an overlay for you with the areas, the boxes shown are not necessarily the same as geographical locations as they are license areas on the russian state register and simply named to the deemed most appropriate name by the russian state, for instance you are right the #1 is actually in poaz a bit as well
Ginger hippo exactly! Its exceptional
Giant-steps sorry but the 104moz is over the 9 areas as of todays rns
“ nine PGM and battery metals assets (four of which are post Russian Feasibility Study with state approved reserves) with a total of 104.6Moz of Platinum equivalent Russian Code reserves”
Gmf stole my old map image from an old tweet heres an updated one

Haha mannamead
Id just read so many posts with miss information as to what the dfs was for i had to clarify. Its all there in RNS for everyone to see but it seems some dont want to, both ramping and deramping posts regards to it with miss information.
It helps no one doing either.
Any way feet up relax grab a brew and await the final step to be completed. Gla
Ok so it seems many are missing the point of the DFS for WK.
Its a great upgrade but its main positive is undoubtably any potential buyer would want it complete before a purchase. That now complete we are yet another step closer to moving to binding contracts.
Our next step is proving resources at MT, this is a really big one and could be the difference between the low and high offers. I think they will be done or nearly done
We are very close to the end and simply need AP to finish and the final discussions to be had
Any day now imo.
GLA and please actually DYOR
