It seems perhaps on these comments WK is being drilled for data to mine and MT for proving up value to sell and not mine, perhaps an indication as to what is going to be sold.

To guess how the share will react is speculation, looking at previous tho if its an outright buy it will be rerated to under 5% of the bid

However theres every chance it will be more complex, perhaps involving dividends, only selling assets, maybe even shares in a company given at a reduced rate all of which become increasingly hard to work out a true value.

A good instance of this is attis oil since offer its fluctuated massively as people struggle to value it.

I must add i find it ever more intriguing that NN have not RNS’ed the decision from meeting makes me think that perhaps news is closer than we think! I cant think of many reasons to delay it if it was just to say “resolution passed”

It could already be prepared and being announced today, or more likely there will be more discussions having passed it and contracts signed etc and a couple week wait
