BOD have PLENTY of skin in the game so the knockers cannot put that one on them. Between them three key directors hold 30% of the company. Broker forecast consensus is EPS 17p 2017 putting this (at 205p) on forward PE of just 12. For a company that has delivered impressive growth history test is cheap.

We seem to have stabilised around 200p IF we get a further attack I expect rock bottom to be 180p and no lower. At which point I will have an order in place to add more at around that point. RNS just issued. Never normally like any form of dilution but in this instance OK as its minimal in context of issued share capital. It will help reduce expenses and move this tiresome animal closer to breakeven. Get some contracts Gilbert!

Yeah I agree, to an extent, that its market jitters across the board, sea of red and all that. But there is another fly in the ointment here. I'm not that strong on technicals but I do believe they have a part to play in successful investing. A charter over on ADVFN had a nice chart depicting a H&S here which looked to me like bottoming out at around 180p. If thats right we're very close and I will try and strike.

Looks like I've goofed here short term anyway. This is plunging. Maybe the nasty little worm Winnifroth is right after all about cash. We'll see. I don't have a large exposure here so will sit it out and all will no doubt come out in the wash within the next four weeks, perhaps even before results.

Sometimes we have to take it on the chin. I've taken plenty of losses before. Its part of investing. I never understand this idea you hear from people about being 'locked in' once you're down on a share. Absurd. What they really mean is they can't stomach taking the loss for real. Thats poor thinking IMO. You have to be prepared to change your mind on an investment. Anyway so much for my waffle you are right it has freed up cash to utilise elsewhere, hopefully more successfully, and I wish you all the best. Interested in your comments about lack of replies from management but not surprised. There was a total change in communication when they brought in the PR company. Suddenly I couldn't communicate directly with Mr Blamire anymore and got redirected to the useless PR company who just gave pat answers (as you'd expect) to everything. So I gave up on that, waste of time. I agree with your other comments. I am back in here with eyes wide open. This time I have a much lower exposure, something like 10% of my previous stake! Fair points I agree with you. I could've sat on my hand until after the referendum but decided to act now. And like I say it's temporary. The fundamentals are in place. If it's a Remain yes I expect there will be a significant bounce. If not... who knows?! Although experts say that sterling would be more affected than equities. We shall see.

I've added a further 1,000 shares this morning @ 2.07 Clearly the stock is still being affected by shorting activity but I am not bothered about this short term volatility. This is very much long term investment long after these short term speculators have closed their positions. This is a company with 5 Years of double digit growth and many more to come. They are generating increasing amounts of cash with a focus on opex decreasing over time. A dividend policy has commenced this year which would never happen if they weren't generating sufficent cash. Furthermore the shares at this level are now trading on a current year PE of 12.6 and forward broker multiple of 10.5 for 2017. This for a double digit growth stock is ridiculous.

I can't try and interpret actions. The company had an opportunity to provide an explanation but none was given. If you know the answer please go ahead and say? I imagine you're going to say it's to provide stock/liquidity to another willing investor no?

CEO sells a third of his stake @ 5.25p. No reason given. Red Flag - I'm out. Sorry Luke but follow where the money's going. You have to be quick and decisive in this game and I cannot see anything positive in such a move by the company boss. I'll keep it in my watchlist.

That slightly bothered me in the DM article was that FDA approval expected 'next year' Next year?? I wonder where they got that information from, AN perhaps? If so not good IMO.
