- yet another rehash of excuses regarding Cyber ie.reorganisation, rebranding, 'developing foundations' - takes TWO years!
Increased Loss on 2015 when I think we were led to believe losses were narrowing
I was particularly interested in the comments about Falanx Resilience:
"This resulted in Falanx Resilience, the physical security and training projects division being closed, as its operations had become peripheral to this strategy and a significant reduction of costs across the Group."
A significant reduction of costs eh? NOT true! Mr Blamire has previously stated that there was NO cost to Falanx of running Resilience because it was run on an as needed consultancy basis so they take just stick bums on seats as and when required. So I did not like that claim at all.
Second year of declining revenue in Intelligence
Reduced revenue in Cyber on 2015! How on earth did they achieve that!
Pipeline value of £1.5m - a pipeline is a pipeline - it just means they are in a tender process but no guarantees of getting the contract!
Quote: · " A decreasing monthly cash burn reducing to £50k per month across the Group, growing recurring revenue in Falanx Cyber Defence and Falanx Intelligence and a healthy cash at bank position of £1.28m as at the 30th June 2016 all contribute to a healthy financial outlook"
No it doesn't because they're still losing money - that's NOT healthy - that's complacent. Their admin expenses continue to rise. There's nothing healthy about that. Poor management.
