Above the mid price @ 2.775 There is background demand for the shares without doubt but it's all being done very carefully. These aren't greenhorn punters chasing the price.

I think the games have been going on for some time. As I say smaller punters sell out and the big boys quietly accumulate. It's patently inaccurate to state that the results were 'disappointing'. That is a subjective view. The facts are the trial was successful and they go into final stage of clinical development. This has not and will not go unnoticed.

Aunboy - I think you are missing the point the CEO is making, clearly. To me at least it is obvious. If the technology is successful everyone wins. People get better AND the company makes a lot of money. They want to emphasise the ethical objective first and foremost is to succeed and we all know the money will naturally follow. Is that clear enough now? Either that or you're (now repeatedly) using it to attempt to deramp? Which is all boringly predictable now you've sold

Agreed. Company going into Phase III Clinical Trial with SCT. How many other SC companies have reached this advanced stage of clinical development. In addition the Americans and particularly Japanese have indicated they could be prepared to take to market earlier due to overwhelming need. So we could see a deal emerge at any time. We already know there are discussions with the Japanese. I will hold and wait. ;)

Stubborn? Lmao I think you've just proved my point about timescales, patience etc Listen mate 'stubborn' is where you've held a falling stock for 1, 2 3 or more years.... Not weeks! To get 25% you'd have to average 2.5 (couldn't have got lower than that over recent weeks) and sold @ 3.25. If you did, well done. It would've been a very short window though. But that wasn't and isn't my strategy here. I've been analysing this stock for a long time and the strategy has to be different. 6/12 month timeframe for me with target of 6p

Remember Chrissy boys words earlier this year? Factory finished by the summer. Oh well that didn't happen. Again. Then in Sept he announced marble would be processed in October. That patently hasn't happened as I'm sure he would've been crowing about it weeks ago if it had. As I always say the SP tells you everything.

Nice discussion but a side issue so far as the SP is concerned. What we are seeing is disappointed punters baleing because they didn't see a sp spike yesterday. Like Aunboy for example. IMO this is not a reflection of the overall results which were favourable. If they were not positive the company wouldn't be proceeding to Phase III Trial. I'll just repeat that, Phase III Clinical Trial for SCT. Lol So, what will happen now? Well we 'could' just see the usual AIM drift we're so familiar with (and why some are panicking out). But I think that bigger investors and institutions don't work on the very short term timescales that punters do. And they won't be in a great hurry to start investing here. They can wait a while. They can see what is happening. I think that we will start to see a steady SP rise over the next few weeks as bigger players come on board to join those such as Woodford who are already here in force. By that time the Bonkers etc will've gone (no offence mate) Don't forget we are also due news on the RP trial before end of year ;)

Yesterday after close of play. Hopefully our slow SP climb northwards starts today.

Checking out the MA's on RENE. SP broke through all 3 measures last week 20, 50 and 200. At COP today SP is sitting almost smack bang on the 200 line. My limited understanding of TA is that a break through the 20,50 and 200 MA is normally considered bullish for a SP breakout. Interesting that we have landed back on that 200 line. Are we at a pivotal point? Your considered thoughts please?

Completely understand your points. However, Can I refer you back to one or two of my earlier posts today where I comment about the RENE SP behaviour, it's not like other aim stocks. And it 'may' be a good thing it didn't spike either. Small accretive rises could be more sustainable.

Also important to appreciate the previous doubling of the SP occurred over a period of two months. No need to panic or think that the initial SP reaction today is indicative of what will follow. This is NOT a P&D share. Far too many shares traded with good liquidity for that to happen.

Technicals as well as fundamentals looking strong here. 1 year chart shows long term uptrend still firmly intact. I expect news on the Allergy business soon: - Full sale raising, at a rough guess between £7m-£12m - Part sale raising £5m-£7m - JV with IDS

Important to understand how the SP here moves. I have studied the previous 'spike' from 3p to 6p+ in 2015. It happened gradually, slowly, in small increments. So there actually was NO spike. So be patient. Hold. Too much liquidity here for the price to rise very quickly but the flip side is that we need liquidity, probably just a bit more volume.

I think we're starting to see evidence of further institutional interest emerging. Two large buy trades in past hour or two. Typically clever buying that isn't (yet) budging the price but if it continues, it will. ;)
