Pullback from recent highs has been minimal. Half Year results released on 16th May (Tuesday week). They should be much improved. Hopefully Airbus update too

Hi apps, You make a good point. That up to now hardly anyone has commented on the trading update! It was good but certainly not outstanding. I'm concerned that they are still quite a long way from break even. Remember how the previous CEO said they would be profitable by 1st quarter LAST year. I do. They've lifted revenue in the Cyber division (which is where the real growth will hopefully come from) but its still around only a million. On that basis I'd say its unlikely they'll even break even this year. Also doesnt it concern you that they had to put so much hyperbole in the update? Rather than simply state the facts. And I wonder why they had to go through all the various management appointment introductions AGAIN in a 'trading update'. Its all been reported previously on more than one occasion. I think they're trying way to hard to impress and it doesnt actually impress me. As always though I wish you the best and if I start to think that they are actually delivering for real I may return.

Exactly. They had the opportunity to state why they needed the cash. They should have communicated the reasons. Its very very poor indeed. You don't dilute a company by 20% at a stroke and don't say why.

Which is bad enough but what is much much worse is the manner in which it's been done. The RNS doesn't specify anywhere the purpose for the placing. Nothing at all. It doesn't specify who participated either. Very very little information for quite a large sum of money - £2m! Now we can of course safely assume they need the cash for working capital purposes i.e..to pay their array of directors their bloated salaries And we can also safely assume, since it's not mentioned anywhere, that those same directors have not put much, if any, of their own money into this shoddily handled placing. Shareholders should be angry about this placing because it is treating them with contempt.

This is a fantastic long term investment imo with solid earnings growth allied to good management and the huge bonus of several transformational projects as you rightly point out. Amazed this is so overlooked with all the dross on AIM. I've been thinking about subscribing to Research Tree as well. ;)

Yes absolutely. The market is adopting a cautious attitude towards the stock because its taken so long to get to this point and there have been disappointments along the way. But we are truly on the cusp now. We could get that crucial first order anytime. The company are confident. I am confident. Let's do this!

Theres a background buyer. Quoted bid been dropped this morning but real bid is higher. Classic order filling going on. All IMHO.

rivaldo, likewise thanks for the finncap info. Have you got access to the full note? How did you access it? Re CD4 that sounds very positive. My expectations would be exceeded as I was anticipating launch in 2018. There is, in my view, nothing currently in the price for CD4 and given how substantial the sales are likely to be there (multi millions) we can realistically expect a multibagger

Interest in the South Porcupine Basin S Ireland building up. Note the following comments by Europa CEO today: "Europa CEO Hugh Mackay said, "The inclusion of our licence in a 5,400 km2 multi-client survey demonstrates the step-up in activity being seen offshore Ireland. This not only includes the acquisition of 3D seismic by various operators but also high impact drilling operations starting this summer. Success at any of the wells currently being planned would be game-changing for the basin. With a portfolio of seven licences covering 5,818 sq km, six play types, three basins, and twenty prospects and leads, Europa will have an industry leading positon in what would be a new hydrocarbon province in western Europe." Petrel have cash so no placing on the cards here. Things will get moving in June once Providence start drilling. Happy to hold here for as long as it takes.
