Great find unvrkw. In all the posting I did yesterday I'd purposely just focused on CD4 tests. But ODX is far from a one trick pony with a full range of diagnostic products. They are developing the allergen side of the business nicely. We have IDS sniffing around clearly interested in building the relationship. We've CE marked over 40 allergens now and are beginning to achieve sales. Scottish Enterprise has backed the business with a huge grant to build 120 allergens over next 3 years. And, as your article states to top it all, the Allergy Diagnostic market is growing at an impressive rate, over 12% CAGR pa We have so much going for us here. And it's not vague AIM promises. It's actual tangible progress.

I just dont think there is much if any stock available here. We have a consistent background buyer supporting the price and I think his latest order is being filled - any stock coming onto the market is assigned to that order.

Some very informative articles on the Burnet website which illustrate the potential for ODX given their close partnership. ODX have licenced Visitect from Burnet. Very little risk here IMO because this company is already steady revenue and profit generating. All the aforementioned CD4 HIV test potential is virtually in for free. DYOR

Multi million dollar market with Omega a potential massive beneficiary in a prime position with aid agencies desperate for this product. Yes agreed on all counts. Marvellous opportunity here for the canny investor. The Visitect CD4 HIV POC Test has been a long time coming but it is a HUGE market. Omega have understandably become more circumspect in terms of their pronouncements due to the challenges faced in bringing this much needed product to market. But make no mistake commercialisation is moving closer. We are nearly there. The market is HUGE. Anything up to 34 million patients globally. And ODX are a global distributor who now have cheaper manufacturing facilities right where a prime market exists - India. They are creating a Visitect brand which will encompass HIV, Malaria, Pregnancy, eventually active Syphillus. The CD4 test is desperately wanted by the aid agencies to achieve HIV objectives by 2020. Omegas product is the only one well placed to corner the market in POC testing. And these cd4 tests are not a one off. They are required fir initial diagnosis of treatment requirement and then for subsequent monitoring of treatment. Each test will cost approx $5 which is substantially less them current much more costly laboratory tests. Visitect is POC with a far greater reach right into rural areas. We await field test results. If these are successful the SP here will take off. Hospital tests have already been comparable to the current gold standard. Very exciting prospects

Nope not long.. Mid April. They've already stated results would be at the higher end of expectations. Sterling continues to be very weak - which is unequivocally great news for us. I see the bid is rising slightly again. Very little stock available.

Retrace seems to have run its course to me. Uptrend still firmly intact. Selling (what there was!) practically exhausted. We should either consolidate or resume uptrend.

I thought it rather good. Impressed by the grades. Their exploration programme is going well. Clearly, as has been stated, sentiment is poor currently though. Just to clarify: I do not currently hold a position here but ever watchful for opportunities

Yes it has developed as a core part of my PF. More invested here than any other stock. I have huge confidence in this companies future and that confidence is only strengthened by the huge commitment by Richard Sneller with his own hard cash. I have a plan here and it is long term. I do often only invest in companies with less than 12 months timeline but NOT here. I intend to stay for the course. I definitely see £1 here - absolutely. How long it will take I dont know but my guess is within 2 years. I have also altered my investment criteria over time. I am less prepared to go for non-revenue generating speculative stocks as I used to be. I still do put some punt money in some but less than I used to. Like you I mainly go for capital growth. This stock, after much research, has emerged for me as one of the best on AIM in terms of all the criteria I apply when deciding to invest. I'd like somebody to show me one that is better - based on MY criteria.

The quoted bid - mid - ask is completely inaccurate today. Several trades quoted in blue are in fact sells way above the quoted mid! I can dummy sell largeish amounts @ 21p I think the MMs are looking to pick up stock to fill a larger order ;) Its all very very positive

This drop on miniscule volume (not supported by any significant selling) is a MM tree shake because they have an order or two to fill for a certain Mr Sneller. The evidence to back the tree shake theory up is the Ask reduced by just 0.5p today but bid dropped by a whopping 1.75p!!

Unconcerned mate. We are firmly in an uptrend and provided the developments remain positive I am confident this is going in one direction. UP.
