This RNS hasn�t been sold into. Which has been the pattern of prev announcements.

Those PE ratios are continuing to drop and look increasingly attractive. Current year (2018) PE 12.2 based on current Market Cap Forward PE (2019) now just 8. For a growth company those ratings are too low. This company, unlike most on AIM is genuinely generating cash. No debt. Strict control of costs. Satisfied with my current holding but if it drops much lower it will be silly not to add.

So the price action this afternoon was all about filling that hefty 100k order. Seems little question we have someone accumulating here. What a good investment this is proving to be.

Valued at just �12m which is less than 2 x sales this year and maybe only 1 x sales (or less) in 2019. This is taking off in Middle East, Asia and Far East. Only one way this SP is going now. Whether its UK closure, settlement or takeover anyone buying in now this has got to be a banker.

Is raging at GFIN! Highlights: Raised �7m just last October �3.9m cash at end December Raised another �6.7m today! No wonder the SP has tumbled!

So a placing coming - which the SP has been signalling - will involve approx 25% dilution. And at a big discount. There clearly wasn't a huge appetite this time.

Still an opportunity @ 4p though no?

A succession of sell trades goes through at 90p and still the bid holds. Must be filling a mahoosive buy order.

Absolutely no substance to it. No figures. No mention of trading. Heard exactly the same thing in the past. And now they are left with the only viable part of their business, Geocurve. Which is actually worth something and makes money. As for an acquisition from cash resources, are they having a laugh? What�s it cost, thirty bob?, Seriously......lol
