A bit of help here�. Company is valued at just over �9m at current price (9.5p) Annual sales are approx �3.5m so price sales ratio is currently 2.57 - i'd say thats fairly modest. PE ratio is irrelevant because company is currently loss making. Now, this is where it gets interesting. The company has stated that the Gibraltar project (which is a JV with Northumbrian Water) has a total aggregate value of �22m. This project is deliverable by end 2020. Thus we can say that as a broad average MWG will receive �7.3m each year to 2020 from this project alone (excluding all existing revenue and pipeline growth). It probably won't feed through exactly like this but you get the drift. This would turn the current PS ratio on its head and on the current MC would look ridiculous. Obviously if you simply don't believe what the company says then you won't invest but if you do take it broadly at face value then its surely a no brainer at this price. For me this is a BUY.

This is what the company said in the trading update last October: "Revenue in the first half of the current financial year declined by 8.5% in our German domestic business, compared to the previous period. A significant amount of above-average rainfall in July was a contributing factor but we are expecting a better performance in the second half of the year. The reduction in euro-denominated revenue was mitigated by the weakening in the pound/euro exchange rate compared to last year." Well that was poor advice to the market then. Am continuing to monitor closely here but definitely not time to take a position yet (despite recent rally) because I don't think all the bad news is quite out there yet. Expecting the results to be very poor.

This afternoons announcement will only fuel the flames of speculation further (beyond the recent substantial SP rise in percentage terms). Should be another positive day tomorrow.

Agreed this is most likely. Company clearly making strong progress. Just resolve this nagging issue and the chocks will be away here.

You cant announce something on twitter then RNS it the next day, if thats what you meant. But its all good and SP looking stronger.

That wasnt even mentioned in the AGM statement. Good to hear. Last weeks announcement seems to have steadied the ship.

Held up very well into the close. If they announce on monday I'm not expecting break even just yet. I expect a narrowed loss to around �1-1.5m. But its all moving in the right direction. Any positive news on an end to litigation via settlement or otherwise and this will shoot up. Hoping that todays 25% rise is a precursor to that announcement.

A few have been very hasty in jumping ship on this (imo) significant rise today. Watched these shares for a long time and this is a big change today. Developments are happening whether that is the Welsh NIPT offering or litigation or bid interest from somewhere. Firm HOLD.

Looks like classic order filling taking place given todays trading pattern. PS Why not just filter the time waster here? Please? I see so many replies to his posts its really really boring. We seem to have a fairly persistent buyer(s) here today following this mornings bullish AGM statement. Holding near days high. I might add some more here.

I would certainly agree there is potential here and a good opportunity. It has been plagued with sellers,unsurprisingly, since it has disappointed investors in the past. Typical aim technology company I guess you�d say. Or are they? They�ve gone through a long period of development but are now just beginning to commercialise their IP. The technology, it surely can�t be argued, is groundbreaking. The question is can they sell it into the market and the answer is clearly yes they can. A huge contract (compared to company valuation) with Gibraltar govt. Deals that are beginning to produce outcomes in both China and India. Cash looks a little tight but ok I think. They have an additional od facility that is currently unused and revenue is coming in. A �22m contract spread over the next couple of years should keep the till ticking over! At this valuation and with the potential you�d have to say this is worth a decent punt.

Respectfully disagree. Its a growth stock. The company is engaged in an aggressive growth strategy at this stage of its development. Emphasis (however small) on a dividend policy would not fit with that strategy. And a token (or more) dividend would certainly not double the valuation. Reinvest profits into enhancing products and innovation, also perhaps further acquisitions. Thats the route to enhancing shareholder value here, not a piddly dividend. With a fast growing company the market will often look more than one year ahead if revenue projections are known and it could look cheap on two year metrics.

Wooooa hang on there�� listen that comment is unnecessary and unjustified. firstly Lupuzor has beaten placebo on all measures. Secondly the stock was ridiculously marked down and oversold and the market is now cottoning onto the fact that this is a viable drug and superior on all counts to the only other treatment for lupus - Benlysta. Lupuzor will come to market because Benlysta failed PIII twice and still got to market. There is a large unmet need for lupus treatment. The potential market sales for Lupuzor are also far greater than for Iclaprim. I am sure you will do well with your investment here - as usual patience required.
