A relentless drop in SP since then and now looks poised to drop under 3p.

Punters are now deserting hyped up hot sectors like the one this is in and flocking to the precious metals sector. Even the exploration stocks are now multi bagging. That’s the place to be.

18 days since last drilling update of any kind. We are holding up very well considering there other ‘hot’ stocks now in the sector that are also attracting interest.

But imho this is by far the most attractive by its advanced progress and derisking compared to the likes of FDR, GEO etc.

We ALREADY have a discovery. We now have to find out how big and valuable it is.

And don’t forget WSBN historically produces intraday RNS’s so the market could easily be caught wrong footed.

Very relaxed. Expectations of imminent results have been massively raised and when they don’t drop….. reaction.

The truth is that is not possible, at least not within any degree of certainty or it is essentially insider dealing.

There is NO certainty.

This has been in a downtrend for some time and the reason is there was a spike which has been sold into. The price is now under the placing price and people still don’t want to buy!

What the negative posters are missing in terms of valuation calculations on a large discovery is that the gold price now is THREE times, yes THREE times higher than it was when GGP discovered Havieron.

This essentially means that in the current and ONGOING Gold bull market, upward price moves and reratingx will be far more rapid and explosive than back in the bear market that existed eight/nine years ago.

You are imagining that the price moves that Greatland experienced over quite a long period will take as long for wishbone. This is ‘manifestly’ NOT going to be the case now. Also M&A is going to become massive in the gold sector. JV’s will be entered into at earlier stage as companies clamour to consolidate and secure valuable assets.

Oh there is ‘potential’ in a lot of things. Sadly that does not add into asset value. This is valued at over ten times its true value = shareholder funds.

0.3p would be a fairer value.

That makes it extremely risky for investors at this level.

Looking at the technicals there is a clear downtrend.

With no news due and being a tiny insignificant player in a very competitive market investors should show great caution imho. Long history of zero revenues. Competitors with far greater clout and marketing ability.

For clarification I do not hold any position here. Short or long.

Doing some initial research on this stock highlights some interesting observations.

Firstly apart from some cash (recent placing) probably around or just above £1m the company possesses ZERO asssets.

Secondly, an important metric of valuation for any company, shareholder funds has declined over the past three accounting years and in the most recent accounts stands at just £0.53m! Extraordinary when you see a MC of almost £6m.

What does that tell us? Well, it tells us that despite the shares having declined by TWO THIRDS in the past few months there is STILL a LOT of hope priced into the valuation.

So great caution is required here. Without delivery of positive commercial traction this has much further to drop.

Plus the company historically produces ZERO revenue so cash burn is going to remain an ongoing concern unless the can prove they are beginning to make money in a very crowded very competitive marketplace.

Assessing the 3 month chart it’s clear the shares are in a slow downtrend. On a 6 monthly basis barely treading water.
