To me it seems inconceivable that, having released not one, but THREE highly positive RNS’s from RS in 10 days that the next one is going to be…. Dust. The three announcements/updates we have received thus far are SCREAMING gold and copper system discovery. All the terminology being used is virtually a declaration of a major discovery.

You pays your money you make your choice. Right now we are at the ‘0.35’ we were a few weeks ago. The ‘0.35’ that rapidly became 1.5/2.0

Next time it will be at least 3p.

Check out the latest RNS and this is going up on nothing. Nothing at all. It’s a patent application- that’s it.

Interesting because if you check back through this guys X posts, he was indeed spot on and was posting very positive noises from Red Setter (GGP people in the know) on 7th before the first RNS update on the 11th and then he posted more very bullish noises from RS on the 13th prior to the breccia announcement on the 18th.

Typically the market is running blind and getting bored and distracted by no news - yet - or assuming that it means bad news.

Remember- crucially - after our first spike @0.70 we HALVED to 0.35 or less. People assumed bad news. Then what happened?

We had the massive Dome Mineralisation RNS on the 18th. The market was caught hopping.

Prepare for history to repeat itself.

Very evident that MM’s are trying to very slowly very stealthily guide this down atm. The objective? Sustain and if possible increase demand as there is, on the flip side, sufficent supply, FOR NOW. But they are being very cautious not to drop too quickly as this could£ draw in too much demand.

If you’re sitting watching it it’s frustrating so best to go away and do something else.

Shareholders Funds indicate in essence the financial strength of a business.

The most recent Shareholders Funds in the companies accounts was a mere £530k.

Compare this against a current MC of £5.37m and it is not difficult to extrapolate that this stock is grossly overvalued.

It means that assets exceed liabilities by a mere half a million pounds.

Unless, and until, they can land reliable consistent revenue the cash will continue to burn and the market will continue to take this down as there is STILL worryingly a lot of hope baked into the current share price.

Almost unheard of in my experience for directors to stump up that type of cash collectively in an AIM placing. You don’t suppose they’d received some very bullish feedback from Expert Geophysics before doing so?
