We reached nearly double the current SP last year just on talk of a Verkhuba sale. A successful monetisation of this asset is a game changer, a company changer for EST. It would mean we could go full throttle at the other three potential Tier 1 assets, Rulikha, Talovskoye and Snowy.

Exciting times for EST Shareholders.

I would say it means that they believe reasonably in EXCESS of 3p is likely by year end. You wouldn’t just exercise @ 3p.

I like this stock and very pleased for LTH’s herr who have been VERY patient and deserve their rewards.

Silver closed the week @ a record high $50.06. Very bullish indeed. A number of silver experts are now suggesting silver will go on a run in the next few months taking it to $100 maybe $200. Silver certainly has a long way to go to catch up with the rise in the gold price.

As if this wasn’t enough I just noticed that WCE have now found decent grade Gold @ EH! This also needs to be watched closely in the next set of assays in P2.

Sarniaspeculator- look I love your numbers but I would come at it more from a standard off the peg finger in the air industry number.

As far as the USA resource is concerned we know they have a JORC inferred resource of 220k ozs of gold. Multiply that by current gold price $4,000 oz and you get $880,000,000. Hold on don’t get excited. Given the resource is currently ‘inferred’ ie. A lower level of confidence, the industry would probably pay 2-4% of the total value of ozs in the ground.

2% would give us a value of $17.6m and 4% would give us a value of $35.2m.

Sterling value is thus £13.18m for 2% and £26.36m for 4%

The above are still very substantial amounts compared to a current MC £17.6m and even the smaller number would give both a huge rerating to the shares and a massive cash pile to substantially accelerate all their projects. As a shareholder I would NOT be interested in a special dividend. Put it all into the ground!

Mark Greenwood certainly knows his way around the world of stockbroking and corporate finance. He reckons Lex haven’t been knocking loud enough, and at enough doors. It sounds as if he doesn’t intend to wait long to start.

Lexington’s USA Gold resource alone is probably worth as much if not more than the current market cap in terms of a sale price.

Very risky place to put your money, Cameroon. Irrespective of how little or how much gold you have. State law says they own all precious metals in the ground. Whats more SONAMINES looms overhead. State control and much regulation. High costs, interference etc I could go on.

You get the gist. Much safer jurisdictions to invest in the metals bull market.

This stock has to be one of the most undervalued and overlooked gold explorer/developers on the entire market. Barely moved in comparison to a more than doubling of gold price.

I wish I could share your enthusiasm Cebo. But that out of the blue £4m raise shocked me to the core. They had assured us weeks before they were fully funded until 2026. And to raise that sum of money along with zero detail prior to assay results = very suspect in my view.

Not only that, but I have detected a distinct cooling down of language re hole 2 from Ed Mead. Subtle but noticeable. The excitement and positivity notably toned down. I am absolutely not saying this will not prove to be a discovery but a sufficent amount of short term doubt has been created.

Importantly drilling has started ahead of schedule - by 2-4 weeks. Impressive!

Plus Drilling commences ahead of scheduled start. By my estimate on previous announcement 2-4 weeks earlier than anticipated! Good work and Very positive.
