There was no major dip before the news came out (other than the general market malaise).

The leaks from the previous funding plan were clearly from outside SXX. No leaks this time which can only be considered a good thing

To be fair its not like its been a huge news week.

What could we listen to instead?
More people asking about potential divis? What we think the price will be after the bonds are away?
Or maybe you'd prefer we spent yet more time being told that we should sell because the bonds won't go by all our guardian angels

Or alternatively have an investment horizon that is further than they can pee, and have decided to build a stake ready for the quarterly divis

Agreed, although that may be down to the relatively small number of posters.
