The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Proteus could issue New shares. Diluting minor stake holder further. Sae will end up being the dead skin of an reptile left over, and proteus rises like phoenix.
All I came for and invested is now proteus and my shares are trapped in a left over skin... :(
Management seeing: oh... the ship is sinking. Take all your treasures /assets and leave the boat. We'll soon be sailing under a new, unchipped flag. Leave those stupid investors and not-engineer/lower employees prisoned on board and let those fckers drown. We're well off...
And why? I don't understand this move. I was bitten once. Small caps splitting and splitting up into new companies, has more often a shady hue. Although I don't get this action, nor can I judge it, to me it's a sign I've seen in so many companies which never came up since.
In this video the AR3000 is mentioned at timestamp ~5:00+

"The monocorp design makes it indistinguishable AR1500 or AR3000 because all these chassis look the same... "
Good morning. Could be me too, being ignorant. In some (american) boards they use it for "Board" and hopefully it means Bulletin Board (or something with board insider at all xD)
I'm writing at boersennews.de aswell.
I "hate" them, or to be more precize this "pseudo wise" reaction. In germany "smart people" (or those who think to be smart) react on: "Could I please pay" (third person to a barkeeper p.e.) "I don´t know if you CAN" (if you´re phisically /mentally aso able.)
These kind of reactions are only existent to highlight the intruders stupid comment.
So when s.o. says: "Faith is religious", this comes pretty close to my example. It´s only said to mark the "facts superiority" and attentuate the other persons standpoint.
Of course FAITH is important and it´s needless to say, that it´s common wording. p.e. I had faith that (after my corona) I could run at last my first 3km. This was my faith. Without it i wouldn´t have put on my shoes at all.
So I´m religious? Or maybe in english language faith and belief are two very different animals.
@my "we were born in the same year colleague" strangy, sorry if my anger about stupid comments (occuring in local pubs mostly ) might have discredited you.
beside that: I have faith in facts
always a harsh, smart-alleck subtone, makes you feel, or let´s say imagine like someone I wouldn´t drink a beer with. It´s a certain spice "in you" that makes you a bit unlikable at last to me. It´s not even pleasant having the sharing your opinion, because I share it with someone unpleasant.
Other than that: YES I believe(!) in Tidal Energy and go for the future. BUT SAE behaves (politics-, and public relations- wise) like the worst cloudy gold miners down under, or the lousiest cannabis canada stock.
No communitcation at all, yet a rather neat website. I´d rather take it the other way round. No "modern presentation" (without content), but content.
I´m not too long on the market, but what I´ve learned is getting sceptical when companies get too quiet, don´t respond to investors at all and boast their websites with "invest in me" pictures.
So yes FAITH is okay. And I hate these clever clogs replying: "faith belongs to the church".
I believe that gold is worth its price and so is energy especially reliable clean energy.
But you need a trustworthy, reliable and constistent company "mining the gold".
That´s what I don´t see in SAE atm. Vanishing completely from bankruptcy "feels" closer / more realistic than getting their planed projects completed.
Sorry, although I read that tidal energy could (in perfect circumstances) run 24h, it's more likely to be much more less.
So we might be head to head with wind energy concerning effective running hours, but with lesser MW.
Thought, or let's say wished, this might have been a closer race.
Ok, I did some math.
I did not proof wether a meygen turbine could run 24/365, but I looked up some wind turbines.
The median hours running a year are close to 4000. Thats 24h/166.
4MW is a nowadays modern engine output.
So we can roughly say 16GW a year.
We'll do ~13GW with the AR1500 and ~17,5 GW with the AR2000
These are profound and promising numbers imho!
Is there any source where I could see to which amount we feeded the grid?
Climate change works for us imho. At last two month of doldrums during the summer. Extremas where plants are in safetymode aswell. Weather more and more unpredictable...
I'm completing my 100k stocks xD. I just convinced myself.
I wonder how many turbines they could produce. It feels like a few men garage tinkering prototype units, far away from line assembly. This (to me) is a critical yet crucial point. Even if they'd get new orders, how fast could they fullfill them? They still needed to do maintenance for the yet existing turbines, that took longer then planed. If there was only one hangar for maintenance, development, building, testing asf. It costs tons of time doing all this stuff not paralel. To be futureproof we need to be able to put out and install one engine a year (which is still pretty slow regarding potential demand)
"It may be a good idea for you to DYOR."
in capital letters (maybe acronymes are spelled in capital letters) is meant as someone is shouting at you. So it's meant as a reproach telling me "don't be dumb do your own reasearch". It's an insult marking me as a fool unable to "handle the internet", harvesting Information.
If someone (mostly on investor boards) tells someone else "dyor" it's meant accusingly.
