Jo, komm ist gut.
It's not necessary arguing about when, or wether a stock is cheap or not. PE ratio of Enphase is way to high for my personal investment case. I'd seek for companies with a lower PE ratio. So to me Enphase is expensive at the moment.
And I don't care if it'd be hyped doubling, tripplicating. Maybe you say Tesla is cheap, and it's not the share price.
Alternate investment is a good point. If someone knows companies like SAE but with insiders buying, with kept promises considering future plans and timetables, under the radar / under valued, in a promising alternate area segment, please let me know. Those you mentioned are way too expensive already.
The only thing bothering me is: "should I top up or not." Is this a "life time chance" , (could this ever be something like vattenfall in 5 or 10 years" , or is my money already lost.
If they already announced: "4th turbine installed, everything is fine", and showed future plans. If we'd have two turbines a year installed and if we showed signs to ever reach the potential capacity I'd say: "okay, I'll catch up some more shares. This is a genuine opportunity."
Nevertheless I feel this little enterprise extremely stalling atm.
Many of you boardmembers here have higher prices and don't seem, or admit averaging down. I'm the smallest fish, a minnow in here, not even owning half a million shares. But is it worth getting half a million shares? Or will there be a capital raise and this stock behaves like any other "garage" struggling and slowly going out of business?
I meant: I wrote IR the third time since I am invested, but noone ever replied.
O, ok the first time back in ... 2021 they answered to my:
"Hello, good morning,
I'm your new shareholder. Just wanted to say good morning and hello. Fingers crossed that the investment is worth the money and the company offers a true value for itself, and its and our future.
Greetings from germany"
They answered:
"Thank you for your message.
Keep up to date with company news on the “Latest News” page of our website https://simecatlantis.com/2021/04/07/operational-update/, and on our social media channels using the links below.
Best wishes"
First and last time I heard from them.
I would understand things way better, and things sometimes are puzzling, but there are some rather concerning parts of the whole picture as a jigsaw. p.e.: IF the company /management is candid, why does noone see "hey cool, a future energy player in reliable, sustainable, green, energy, world leader, yada yada yada..." WHY does noone want these shares AT THIS price? If I were inside this business or politics I'd pretty sure go all in, IF everything goes the ways it should or at least pretends its going. If I were an employe and I see "hey we're actually busily working, and everything is roughly on schedule" , I'd surely invest. Noone seems to be interessted in this thing despite of poor english writers on a foreign board.
I'd really like to further invest, but I need some signs that I don't pour my money down a rathole. Anything we "yield" is silence.
just looking up a cottage for some vacation. But I guess scotland has way more to offer than its upmost northern parts.
Maybe planing a weeks or ten days tour with castles, inns and stills would be more rational, than flying there just to knock on a companies door: "hey I just wanted to see how things are going" and press forward. xD
Man, if I ran a business like that. If SAE was my family, my baby, I'd cut my prices for this managment job and they: "hey, we get things done first. Family: you live in my bureau temporarily (we got to save costs). We get this business running and then we could afford things again.
I was more agressive towards politics. We're way to shy seemingly. If we had lobbyists at all, they seem to be cute kittens where it needed Fenrir to devour the world with tidal energy.
This thing feels like a lemonade hangout in an outskirts' street where once in a year someone recognizes "someone's there and obivously seems to be doing something"
And if management scarfs more than we yield it's trustworthyness is on trial anyway.
Politics is lobbyism. They are paid tokens in a world rulers game. Poor puppets.
If SAE only waits this is doomed to miss fire.
That's your take on my nickname which could disguise any guy with any nationality, yes.
You know, my affliction derives from my experience in other stocks and there a plenty of similarities, whilst also (fortunately) differences.
Stockmarket, or let's say the shady souk, "ghettoy" parts, (all these canada or australian listed junior explorer, micro caps, cannabis - "hype garages", or (even worse) all these "cure cancer" promises, and many more) , they all have something in common: Raising capital, diluting and selling promises for the price of faith and simpleness, or benignity of investors.
So, too much fraud and too many fake CEOs spotting stockmarket as a cash machine.
I could name several companies AND I don't wish ANY of these (SAE in particular) to be "fake business".
Now, hopefully this (SAE) seems to be at least not canadian aso, but what they share with "garage stocks" is their beneath contempt communication"" policy and their pathetic planing and calendar.
What did they say years back? How many turbines did they want to have installed "today" back then? 3? rofl
And if you think I'm a lazy german sitting here, waiting for money doing nothing but randomly ranting, you could think so.
At least I've a conscience. Despite on vacation I still keep on working. Training, reading, repairing, educating.
I'm not an official and I'm an idealist.
I hope that at SAE there are some visionaries and idealists, too. AND I hope they work each and every day, getting their things done. I'd be the last forbidding them putting their feed up and I'd be the first spending them a crate of beer for their BBQ AFTER! They did and achieved what they wanted to this day.
Now, how many times is this turbine No. 4 overdue? Yes it's tricky and much can go wrong, relying on weather, tides, perfect timings aso.
At some point, even the most idealistic and visionary company can change suddenly. At this point they'd sit there, feet up on their desks, beer, pizza, now and then posting some bait for the dumb believers keeping on investing in something that's already sinking, if not sunken yet.
So! Just give me SOMETHING that I see you're as genuinely as industrious working and not only pretending to, if not fooling you, at least stultifying me.
I don´t like the name. Meygen sounds nicer to my ears.
What I thought of, lately, was this: In germany there was a huge stink about a recycling enterprise near where I life.
It was called Woolrec. A company which intended to recycle insulating material, cancerous mineral fibre, and turn it in a special process to harmless additive for brickworks. It was a scandalous fraud for they didn't "transform" the cancerous stuff into harmless resource, but just grinded it and mixed it with gelantine from the supermarket. The "revolutionary product" called 'Woolit' was sent to brickworks and ended up in hopefully not too many bricks. They measured increased cancer risk in all places and things linked to this company.
Just a thought of mine. It'd grew dangerously silent. Noone seems to remember this case. Just remembered it because of "recycling - pellets" aso.
So. Some users are still positive in the long view. Some say they´re holding their shares. Me, being 30% down, wonders if anyone is thinking of averaging down, too. Or are you anticipating further dropping? Happy New Year, anyway!
