Thank you. I was uncertain, because, all I found was "increased voting rights" and I thought this was about stocks, but internet told me it wasn't so I was puzzled.

Could someone please (in human words) explain what this blackrock "news" is all about?

Added some more. No 20k pieces but *cough* 1/400 of it xD... Little by Little the bird builds its nest. To me 4% net dividend is pretty nice. And I have to lower my price from around 2000 pence.

Yesterday crowdcube wrote me that the money will arrive. Today it was booked.

LSE has serious issues on my desktop PC browsing with opera. It lags as hell. On my smartphone it works perfectly fine.

Once I came home late at night, could not believe my eyes this, saving your reverence, "turd" soared, and showed signs of getting momentum. I shouldn't have thought twice and instantly sold it. Why? Because what consistency is the big picture off? Wasn't this decline in price predictable? All those mayflies, penny flippers, "diamond hands" , seeking to flip a coin, left as quickly as they came. I know here are many investors with higher entry lvl prices, which did and won't care about this penny flipping. But I disregarded my experience, gut feeling, intution and initial thought: "get out" (and get in as the dust settled).

Sorry for being derisive to longer term holders. But seeing this "common performance of this pos" is frustrating to no end. :.(

In germany we call this "Strohfeuer" / straw fire resp. "flah in the pan" .

That´s the natural curse of soaring stocks, where all these goldnugget seeking vermin comes out of the woodwork ^^ Sorting wheat from the chaff, like SP does its board alike

I guess we're, as before (this news), way too unknown to the public. This may explain the lack of buyers. In germany the chats about SAE are dead silent. Unfortunately things like Cybergun or other high speculative things without even any substance are hyped or at least known to a wider range of "investors". I'm still flashed by these 100+ messenges from myriads of people I've never seen here before. Yet 100 UK investors won't tip the scale with how many shares outstanding? On top of that, I guess some may have taken profits so, as the saying goes: the tree was / is shaken. But the overall "investors politics" , chosing absolute crap stocks over this one, not even knowing of its existance is quite underwhelming tbh.

Chaning name is like getting a new numberplate and a different coat of paint to get away with something dubious. Smoke and mirrors imho

namechanges are "common device" for buckling sideways companys. many "tiny garages" do nothing but diluting shareholders by overissuing shares, promising promises for ever, and waste precious businesstime for electing cosmetic ephemerals like "company names". to me, this is a waste of everything and a bad sign. a warning singn, because the ****g name is rather irrelevant. could be named acme or whatever.sa if it only delivered. no smoke and mirrors by thinking weeks to get a fancy name for fancy / dumb investors. this is what my investment history taught me, at least. the last thing we need is a bloody name to attract / deceive investors. i'm pretty concerned most of the board seriously considers a namechange. i want a gamechange instead.

I wonder what's going on with "my convertibles".
