Its cloak and dagger, or let´s say "non existing communication / investor relation policy" makes it a perfect climate for germs and shady business and meaner mannor.
I am invested in several small caps and ALL of them have a terrible - non existing comm. Some of them changed names several times. Some had wildcat BOD decisions, wild promises, dilution via splitting shares short: a lot of debatable "things" going on until they ... went of market, or kept on not verifying promises, kept on financing greedy BOD of fat, lousy, smeary guys which had nothing but "important sounding titles" which made them indispensable for the company in that position.
It´s okay that my ****g down under gold explorer sucks, because it´s a company run by incestuos family circles. (Their only news is "more shares" )
It´s okay that my cancer - play keeps on sucking.
it´s okay that 4D pharma was obviously fraud.
But I don´t want that THIS HERE is a fraud. I wished this one was true. Earnest people working and engeneering hard. Earning honest clean (and someday) predictable money.
Now I learn that this, my "white knight" is no more better than all the other BOD greedy useless bunch of egotists not giving a damn **** about shareholders. The more they keep up this rendundant sentence "we care for shareholders" , the more it´s untrue.
And the fact that "the world leading turbine producer" was nothing better than a next door garage, outputting a mediocre amount of turbines, not able to negotiate funding, contracts, sides, government, the public, NOTHING makes it even more devatating and absolutely poor to me.
IF I RAN SUCH A COMPANY, I´d write personel letters signed with swet and oil of my labourers, keeping me on track of information.
These nowadays wannabe CEO/BODs seem to do nothing but pouring money down the drain. Feeling like superstars being rich, laughing at us investors financing their croesus lifestyle.
Get to your fckg desk and WORK for our dmn money. WE DID THE SAME before we lost it in this scum!
