Maybe folks get annoyed because of my solo entertaining here in this thread, but I wanted to ask if someone (of us) is still adding shares, or is tempted to do so. I know many bought in month and years ago and have accumulated large positions still way up the temporary price point. Maybe it's too early to speak of a bottom due to vagueness of the enterprise, outlook and overall market difficulties and anxiousness. But to me this is the way to go atm. The stock to buy. The source of energy we desperately should push to harness. I for my part and imho, I am tempted to further strengen my investment in here. Hopefully I'm not too addicted in this beast, for you shouldn't ever fall in love with a stock...
Maybe we could initiate a turbine project for p. e. east africa. I read that africa is all about black aka coal. 90% energy is generated from fossile (lack of word).
So like if we started a kick starter campaign project "random africa country with good coastal resources / streaming float"
We collect funds and first and foremost generate publicity.
So if our politics do nothing but grow fat and old from our taxes, we might get it done / a funding done by ourselves.
I'm sure we could fund at least one of these AR's.
Maybe we could be the first domino making the row falling.
Maybe we can do more but investing in a eager enterprise ignore by aprentenship politics, ignorance, lazyness, nepotism and corruption.
World (sometimes) sucks
Anyone, anytime contacted IR? Did they ever reply? I once said hello to them, when I bought my first couple of shares, introducing myself as their new SH, wishing all the best. They replied politely and general. My last weeks' question is still unanswered.
Since my fatal error yesterday, I did some (basic) research to educate myself.
It came to comparing wind and tidal energy, for I wanted to know and judge how much 2.0 MW are.
So a common, nowadays whirligig (googled that) averaged delivers 3.0 MW. Better ones up to 5 and beyond.
So 2.0 MW felt greater in my "ignorant mind" than my enlighted.
Interessting how much per watt SAE has to pay. Tidal is more expensive due to several facts (ofshoreness/ water, no mass production, pioneer role/ paying dearly, more / different materials / mass aso.)
Together with geo-, political, nature issues, these are the cons.
On the pro side would be the huge potential, optics / invisibility, still headroom for optimization/ tech not grown up, massive ressources available and unexploited, and last but not least predictibility / reliableness.
Personally I wonder if water doesn´t have the strengh and far more strengh (thats what I think) to push and sofor generate more energy than these 2.0 MW. Yes it´s "only" an average value but...
I mean these poor windmills get 5.0 MW out of a slight breeze.
So why was the conclusion a design like this (which I think is well designed and top notch, cutting edge tech). Why is this particular AR2000 (p.e.) the sweetspot of all their thoughts, planings and math?
Why not 50cm more winglenght for 3.0 MW. I´d be interessted in their thoughs dusted in their bin.
I wondered if I should invest in a high yield dividend stock, for safer invest, or get another pack of these here. I made up my mind that i'd be dumb chosing 5% p. q. instead of taking this chance of getting into a future player of unique"" tidal energy. 50%-100% or even more, are closer in here than in any other stock I personally know atm. So, to me, it's a nobrainer. I'd take this chance! Some insider buying still would be nice.
Why is my presence confusing? It's a pitty! To be honest it's a shame to me. People seem to be more happy with bots and automated messages. Contentless for those who can't sens human beings / content behind message anymore.
I'm a small investor from mid germany (near Frankfurt). Been invested for about eight month. Not many shares but 55% loss atm. I just wanted to say "hello, happy new year, I'm joyning this board from now on and will hopefully contribute input." And attached a link to my tiny girls choir (as I used to do it in my christmas/ New year wishes), for maybe to someone it's bringing joy.
Could have been mistaken by me.
Wasn't meant to Sound dodgy. (I had to Google the meaning of the word.) Sometimes I write swollen, yes.
Uncommon in most board writing styles.
I really highly appreciate LSE Chat platform, although I seldomly contribute content myself. I have companies I'm better read in and did DD. Not so DDDD, but anyway, by reading the later discussion I made up my mind, that I don't want 4D to be "just a lottery ticket" in my portfolio. I decided (new year, new plans aso) to dive deeper in 4D (again), to top up and to maybe contribute something worthy to this rivulet discussion.
(this link is "just my job" for being the conductor of them jumping through the picture aswell.)
I'm sorry if this was inconvinient. I really think of it twice wether I show the link or not, because (to me) it's rather intimate. That speaks for the board climate at least.
