Just thought I’d catch up with the posts on the bb after clocking out on Friday pm….. Wow.

Ok so there are setbacks, frustrations, diverse opinions as to the whys & wherefores but what was robust debate and an energetic exchange of ideas has now become vitriolic & toxic and it’s such a shame.

Those with drill/rig expertise have shared ideas and first hand knowledge which has opened the door for shareholders like me to have an ‘ insider’s insight’ that wouldn’t ordinarily be available and that has been so welcome so I’d like to say thank you for that. That there is a opportunity to ask site/operation related questions is brilliant and to have those questions answered is even better.

As no one knows the state of play or full details of the breakdown issues it is conjecture & speculation as to what is required to effect a fix. Surely one experienced hand’s opinion is as valid as another’s? This is an open forum, after all……

Good to see this but I can’t help but wonder why they don’t update the market and shareholders with such deals via RNS! With the share price as it is, you would think they would be shouting it from the rooftops.

This is good news….. it’s been so quiet recently that I was wondering if anything was lurking in the background.

Of course, many people start trading from home - my very first company was registered to my home address, but I filed accounts because the company was doing business!

But this goes further than just an address…… dormant companies don’t enter into multi million £ contracts whilst officially declaring their assets at £100 and have no trading history, website or company presence, no phone number or email address, no PR or marketing, no accounts dept - even if it is a one or 2 man band there is always a way to communicate.

Sadly, previous posters were spot on….. no excuse for delays in payment with the international banking system as it is. Proventure Holdings MAY (?) have millions in real terms but that means nothing to Proventure Holdings UK. Penalty clauses aren’t worth a thing at the end of the day if the company has no money, and nowhere does it state that it is a subsidiary of Proventure Group. - not even on Proventure Group’s own website. It lists India, Singapore & UAE.

Anyhoooo….. back to the day job! Good luck everyone…. Hope it comes off for you

A quick look at Companies House information for this company does not inspire confidence. Dormant company accounts so no trading or business has taken place, only £100 in assets and the registered office is a residential semi detached home.

Genuinely wish everyone the best of luck with this - I sold out when the last funding fell through and Proventure was offered up as an alternative after checking Companies House…..

You’d like to think so , especially with so many missed forecasts and lack of strategic updates. I’d prefer it was sooner but I’ll take later. (I’m a long term holder who believes in THG but not in MM or the BOD to deliver value to shareholders. )

In quite a few of the messages here posters seem unhappy with the level of communications from the company. I would much rather prefer having what we have had - relevant, succinct and without hyperbole. Better to be understated and let the information and facts flow as they become available, rather than whip up a frenzy and hype. The sp will rise or fall and stay up or down on facts.

I prefer HE1’s style of coms to Noble……

Anyone else feeling a bit more positive?

£968.64 down…. I can taste the break even point…. First time I’ve been down less than a grand in well over a year and but in fairness that’s with averaging down.

Bet it’s just a tease but for now I will keep the faith (at least I will try!) It’s hope that’s the bug*er…..

Ridiculous behaviour - please grow up, stop playing with toys and start focusing on delivering shareholder value. You have overseen the destruction of the share price with a cavalier and entitled attitude and fail to acknowledge any responsibility on your part whatsoever. You are quick to blame the city for failings on your watch yet do nothing to silence your very legitimate critics. We are all waiting for you to prove the city wrong….. buying toys isn’t going to help your reputation or your shareholders

Filtering if a poster has nothing but unrelated (to the bb ) drivel or tripe on rinse & repeat, or is just plain rude and aggressive without having any opinions to offer, is a valuable tool.

This bb has a diverse range of opinions - it makes for interesting reading and invariably there is something to learn.
