I just had to address it for the attention of IR…….

Think I’m going to fire one off to Richard Bennett as well….. the last thing he needs is random investors piling in to his inbox so hopefully something will be said or done.

Unless what they’re hoping for is to stun the market on their next trading update….. there has to be something bubbling away in the background for Hawthorn to keep increasing his already substantial holding. Anything market sensitive should be announced, but they could legitimately say they are announcing it on their own website.

Maybe you do one as well? Why doesn’t everybody that reads this board send one?……

I know it costs to do an RNS, but they need to be firing these out to the market. The SP cannot be left to languish..

Maybe when Noah finishes with his Ark he can float it to Yorkshire - biblical rain overnight and still chucking it down.

Peeked gingerly with one eye ( you know the way 🫣) at the sp on opening - hopefully such a good % raise means progress is being made and it’s not just down to Noble. A positive start to the day is always a good thing - you have to take the small victories with a big smile otherwise we’d all be jumping off the Ark ( or giving certain others a helpful push off 😂)

JPMustang - as with any share it’s wise for all to do their due diligence. Seems you looked at the history but no further - the info you seek is all out there and if you go onto their website you can catch up on their presentations, updates etc and see the changes to BOD and strategy. A read through the RNS history from the start of 2023 is a good place to begin.

The share was suspended from trading & the LSE would not have let it back into the market without being satisfied there was no overt illegal activity.

I don’t think he’s the sort of investor to be hands on running companies (apart from his own holding one)…..he is a major shareholder in a fair few and no doubt can exert influence from the sidelines but he doesn’t court the limelight. Clearly he sees value here and approves of the turnaround being implemented.

Hewlett-Packard seem to have an issue when it comes to pricing anything. If only this could translate to the ML trial it would be cut & dried!

Give this enough time an someone will come ‘a knockin’……. the new board appointments are specifically geared to appeal to the US market where Darktrace sees the biggest potential for growth. Having the new NED’s onboard from January adds credibility - I’m sure neither would want to be associated with a toxic company -why would they?

This is a company with so much ahead of it…… glad to be back onboard

That’s an awfully big difference in ppm concentrations. Surely this would only cement Tai as an opportunity that must be revisited at the earliest possible time and puts paid the the “duster” speculation? Or have I completely misunderstood the significance of the ppm readings? Feel like I’m missing a step here as I can’t equate this with the sp being at the level it is……
