Dsrt2012 - I was invested; I sold out completely when the first sum didn’t land on 15/11 and there was no prior RNS advising difficulty or delay. And for the record, I sold at a 20% loss. Thank God for that !

I do check on the sp and RNS feed as well as this bb but now it’s more out of wonder that the company is behaving so shamelessly and a disbelief that they are continuing to perpetuate the Myth of Salvation. We are each responsible for our own pennies - clearly there are some who see a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. (Worth remembering that you can only see a rainbow from a distance. Close up it disappears…….)

Cando66…… how can you say that! The first Proventure funds were due on 15th November…..

Cando66……. I read this RNS and also all of the other RNS’s. Just how many times do you think it is credible for them to kick the can down the road? How many times is too many?

If Proventure were going to pay they would have done so by now otherwise why would the BOD announce they are in advanced talks with yet another third party.

And don’t forget, it is all subject to signatures on the definitive agreements. - that’s in the RNS too. No RNS has been released to say those agreements have been signed so how do you expect the money to be paid?

And if the funds were in but not cleared (for those who think that still happens) then they would have announced it to save the sp and their credibility.

I appreciate emotions are running high here but to keep reverting to RNS’s that don’t ever complete should trigger something in you to say that all is not well.

Today is the 20th and there is no pre-market RNS

They sold their shares before today for a reason……… and I know many of you will have been awake looking for an 0700hrs RNS and will be angry & gutted (quite rightly so) , that it isn’t here.

Because it gives him a “cover” for selling out of his holding and apart from that, if 5.9 m was really going to land, he wouldn’t need to sell his shares as any business banking facility would be happy to extend a loan or overdraft, line of credit etc….. 5.9 m more than covers an 80K loan

Is this ‘payback’ on MM’s part? Now holding just over 6% of Kelso shares ……. If he hadn’t made such a c*ck up of protecting the THG share price, I would wonder if he had something rabbit shaped up his sleeve but I do fear there is a level of ‘tit for tat’ here…….

No surprises so far….. it’s late starting! It might sound daft, but I was hoping they would start on time to at least project a modicum of professionalism…

The sp is just so ugly right now - it’s not worth me averaging down from my 87.3% paper loss…… if it’s going to come good then I will recoup and get back to breakeven or beyond. If it doesn’t come good then my loss is capped.

We all know that’s the binary play as it’s a very big if….

I have submitted questions re financing and the differentials in their RNS’s - I’m not holding my breath for answers or clarification.

Anyhoooo….. let’s see where we are after the agm….. not entirely convinced the funding is an easy no questions asked shoo-in….. be good to get this bb’s take on it after the meeting as there is a pretty broad diverse pool of opinions here.

Personally, I think the sp recovery will continue. The drop was eye watering but it’s regaining ground at pace.

As to whether you should average down - that’s a decision only you can make. These bb’s are, on the whole, great for debate and discussion but I’d steer clear of using them for investing advice. We are each responsible for our own pennies….

Proventure Holdings UK Ltd are the JV partner. The RNS states it is part of Proventure Group…… thing is Proventure Group don’t list Proventure Holdings uk Ltd as a part of their group.

Proventure Holdings UK Ltd is a dormant company whose registered address is c/o an accountant who has a shop front business on the high street.

There seems to be a certain degree of obfuscation with the names……

The agreement is with Proventure Holdings UK Ltd which is a dormant company with no website, email or phone number. Dormant companies don’t do any deals let alone multi million pound deals. Proventure Holdings UK Ltd is not listed as a satellite office for Proventure….UAE and Singapore are both listed as satellite offices but strangely there are no email addresses or phone numbers for those offices.

Proventure Group - only head office has a phone number. No email address on the website.

As to speak to Investor relations …except they don’t have an IR dept.

Ask to speak to someone who is dealing with the JV with Mast in the UK…….they have no idea what JV and no idea of Mast.

Ask to speak to the finance dept who would know if they are pumping out millions of £ and they have no idea either. And they didn’t say they couldn’t discuss it - they genuinely had no clue.

Proventure Holdings UK did not release an RNS to confirm the JV…..that is highly unusual - more unheard of……

Give them a call……Maybe one of you will get a different response to the one I got…..

Was feeling quite happy yesterday when I checked the sp -

This share is worse than a pair of tart’s knickers…….😟

Sadly that’s the MO for a lot of companies……. I’m still going to ask though.!

The recent news of hydrogen use for fuel/ energy being put on the back burner, so to speak, is clearly not helping here. Even RR have halted their hydrogen programme

The SP is downright ugly right now and I’m not sure that we’ll see a major turnaround any time soon.

Patience - and lots of it is required here methinks…..
