Just a quick question…… if this is such good news, why the hefty drop yesterday? The day before an RRS, the share price always seems to move in conjunction with whether the news contained therein is good or bad. And even though biggest optimist among us cannot claim that the near 20% drop yesterday can be classified as good news…….

Good to get an RNS that states TD reached with no malfunctions and all sounds very optimistic. Onwards and upwards. Let’s hope!

The numbers lack heft - “ small table stakes” as quoted by CEO bur a pathway to expansion has been mapped. There is a long road ahead but the management are in their stride and the journey is well underway.

I know there will be mention from some posters about Cirata being ripe for a takeover or buy-out but imo that is a long way ahead…….

Surely broad based discussion and debate is good ( I’m not referring to twaddle or nonsense) - and it’s the purpose of these bbs. If we filter everyone who doesn’t hold the same view then surely that negates the purpose of posting…… echo chambers can be very lonely and dull places……

They had verbal and written confirmation but the payments are “subject to signature of definitive agreements.”

Percy197 - trawl through the RNSs…… it clearly states in one of the many ‘updates’ the JV proceeding is contingent on the signatories being affixed.

It’s only breach of contract IF the JV received the requisite signatures. They RNS’d to say funds were dependent on signatories but haven’t updated whether said signatures have been put to paper.

And again, not a single word from Proventure or any other company announcing participation in the JV.

It has been bandied about on here - a tie up/ merger/absorbtion of He1 & NH in whatever form….. is it just me or are both companies a bit quick to hype or over egg ‘results’?

Potential is just that - an unconfirmed but possible positive outcome. Potential undelivered doesn’t really mean anything much to the bottom line though.

Maybe a buyout and fresh slate is what’s needed here now confidence has vanished - must admit I was not expecting a raise at a 72% discount. Ouch.

Out of interest, are you thinking it’s a zero return for current holders if that happens - bit like Cine or in your opinion is there likely to be any offering to current holders, no matter how meagre?

I know it’s speculation but it is interesting to get the view of experienced drillers …
