Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Posters keep rattling on about Dokwe's gold deposits being under the Kalahari Desert. This desert would appear to me to be more to the West, in Botswana & Namibia.
But I digress. At long last, Van Van, you appear to be getting the vibes I began to worry about a long time ago about Ariana. John's viewpoint about our " merger" also added worries. Sadly, It seems to me to have evolved as just another example of so many unpleasant AIM experiences which over the years have duped their investors and produced a comfortable lifestyle for those " on top (literally )of their " pile " . Initially I really believed that I had found a wonderful route to riches. In hindsight my time and investment was really many wasteful years here. Thus eventually I lost my faith in all the hype and promises so over the last year I reduced my holding and now I have none. So far by investing my former AAU money elsewhere in real Stock Market leaders, in every case I have gained regular quarterly dividends and all my stock has risen wonderfully in value.
For what it's worth I also decided over 5 years ago to stay well clear of Africa, China and the Russian Federation because many Companies and consequently their investors have been " ripped off" badly by authoritarian corruption.
Interesting comments DVH. Personally I've never had any faith in TW's "forecasts". There have been frequent comments from folk generally disappointed with AIM-listed companies. Often " market makers" have been blamed or there is some "elephant in the room" bringing the share price down with huge sums of money until it chooses to move on..
I'm not going to point fingers specifically but I feel that this article (from my brokers) might well offer some cause for thought about AIM. The Australian & Toronto stock exchanges are specifically mentioned for mining but I thought the suggested downturn of AIM (historically) is an "eye opener". To me it supports DYOR and " Buyer Beware" before one leaps therein.

Enjoy a Great Weekend, Ya'all. DJ
Hi John. Seeking your further thought on an aviation matter ( since it is not relevant here and I no longer have the same interest in this blog) I contacted Cosford but they were not able to recognize you from the somewhat " guarded" description I had submitted.
Cambridge Mineral Resources (CMR) followed a disastrous trail a decade or so but the Company is still going, with one director (Burton). Seemingly it had some link with Atalaya Mining in Spain. However many brokers stopped holding CMR shares and issued certificates of the share holding at that time to all investors. The firm has kinda remained in suspension for a long time, with its registered office moving around the London area, but was never formally liquidated and the remaining director (Mr Burton) announced in December 2023 that he was hopeful that the Company might soon develop its " stalled" interests in Spain. We have much accrued knowledge among our elders on this blog, so does anyone know anything about CMR (or its shares) please?. I have 10,000 shown on my certificate. Regards DJ
Hi John. Today has been a wonderful day for law enforcement and will hopefully end the MAGA "mob cult" nonsense and the very unpleasant threats to our legal and civil administrators and their families for carrying out their proper duties.
There might be a loss of protest votes for Biden because so many folk over here felt that he should have halted the arms shipments to the IDF and we should not have opposed or vetoed the UN motions on the terrible events in Palestine.
Finally, whether I return to this site or not depends entirely on AAU success (or not) but I shall certainly monitor things from time to time.
John, like I said to you last March " I have some other good-looking possibilities elsewhere right now and an upward move to 2.5p would see me out again."
Well it's moved, I'm Out and I've profited with a gain of $570 from my last remaining tranche. No regrets but I think AAU might climb a little if and when Kerim finally takes ya'all to the rainbow!
Cheers, DJ (and puff-puff to you know who!)
Hi Waynesplash,
Okay - so I'm about 4 years late in replying to you (from the USA) and hopefully post virus. Yeah Buddy, RTX it's very much a buy. buy, buy (albeit around a hundred quid per share) for the same reasons as your BA (BAE Systems) (which are cheaper).
Regards, DJ
I know I had prophetically recently warned of "The Ides of March" for our Former President who has frequently been admiringly accorded the title of "God-Emperor" by a specific person writing on this AAU site.
Accordingly I wish to be ahead of the media in informing my friends here that the Committee appointed to investigate the attack on our Capitol on 6th January 2021, having listened to hundreds of depositions for over 18 months as well as thousands of pages of relevant documentation have just a short time ago (around 7.00pm US Eastern Time) unanimously voted to refer what they considered to be Criminal Actions organized and pre-meditated by Donald J Trump immediately to my country's Attorney General of the Department of Justice. A wealth of further evidence and information from our Secret Service and other sources not previously mentioned will accompany the Committee's referral in due course and Trump will be served with a subpoena to appear before the Committee to answer for his actions. In the face of this, I doubt whether his current attempts to delay existing Court procedures will gain him anything and he will go down as an unpleasant episode in history. It was also suggested that there will be many arrests forthcoming.
Obviously there will be speculation whether it would be considered viable to imprison a former president. There's always the Tower of London! (lol) However, in hindsight it could well have some effect on this year's National Vote as well as perhaps altering the direction of the Republican Party hopefully towards seeking bi-partisan agreement to govern the nation more effectively.

Little bit nearer my target, Shortarm. Thanks for your support.
Interesting collection you have John, but maybe a Riley or MG might have motivated you to fix it up instead of that Morris. Once, in UK, I had a '74 Skoda 100 about the same time as those old Lada & Skoda jokes were doing the rounds. Couldn't resist fitting wider wheels and popping a Lancia 2 liter motor in the back. Now that really surprised the neighbors when I let loose from the traffic lights. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the cost and hassle of shipping and registering it in the States. I went after a very tidy Tatra 603 10 years ago (Canada import) but $42k was beyond my wallet).
Sorry John but I hadn't noticed we were playing a 2p game. Well my view is that I came back in following a general exuberance in the chats which I reckoned could also be covered by any dead cat bounce. I have some other good-looking possibilities elsewhere right now and an upward move to 2.5p would see me out again.
EVs at the present time IMHO is a non starter. Sorry, StrangerS but your MG is just another chinky (which ain't imported over here). I have thoroughly enjoyed driving the real MGs - TC, TD, TF ,MGA MkII, but not so much the BMC B type and later versions. Bigger EVs aren't selling too well over here and folk are moving away from SUVs & crossovers back to the heavily discounted traditional pick-up trucks (especially younger females). My wife and I are in a quandary. My Mustang is now 10 years old but only 70k miles. The new EV ain't considered a real poney. anymore - so mine must appreciate The missus likes the comfort and power of her 3 liter+ V6/290 bhp sedan. The model and handling power hasn't altered but most manufacturers have whacked up the price of these type of cars where a used one of say 30,000 miles is bringing twice the cost, secondhand, of what it cost new around 5 years ago. Many similar vehicles are happily giving their owners excellent service at mileages over 200,000.
People are restoring their old cars - even gas-guzzlers 0f the 80s and 90s 'cos we are just not sure that the EV will truly happen - particularly as Toyota and others are favoring hydrogen. Certainly many Governments" current plans of a doomsday for ICE vehicles are going to miss their target. Laugh at me by all means but I reckon steam is a huge power source and a mini reactor in yer jalopy might just make that possible! Regards DJ
Holes...lots of Holes (including Kizilcukur). Hole in my finances too with this shower. But no money or dividends for us investors. He's in the right place though ...plenty of "Diggers" Down Under. Meantime Keep the Faith and this Chat going. AAU ain't the only minnow minor on AIM not doling out these days so just enjoy the promises There could indeed be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow but unfortunately it's underground.
BRICS (or PRICKS) ? The writing is on the wall. Invest in North America!

A short time ago, with all the general good opinion of the fairly imminent production at Tavsan, plus the fact that (now some time ago) P1D had reckoned that AAU sp could well fall to 2p whereby he would buy a lot of shares ready for future upward gains, I decided to chance my luck with a modest 200K investment. Yeah, right! So now I'm just waiting for a final " dead cat bounce" with the aid perhaps of the right kind of uplifting words from Pro-Active or Dr.K. and I will flee!
Yes, Van Van I'm with you most of the way with EVs. Currently production over here in US of electric cars & trucks is being drastically cut by Ford & GM. Additionally as a Mustang fan I won't even attempt to talk about the dreadful new electric monstrosity they have produced. Most "pony owners" don't go near it and buy the regular Mustang 5.0 liter in preference.
Toyota have expressed a big interest in hydrogen power and, let's face it, they have generally had an outstanding record for reliable cars. Over here their hybrids are very popular over several years.
For me, though, I have to relate the considerably more expensive costs of a hybrid or ev , in every case to the standard petrol version or rare (over here) diesel alternative. Then one must take into consideration the huge cost if batteries need to be replaced. Either way the saving created by buying a simple ICE car pays for a helluva lot of petrol instead.
Logically, steam has a reputation of being a great source of power. Fill the tank with water, create a safe envelope to shove a mini nuclear plant inside and away ya go...almost to infinity! Food for thought?
Agreed, John! Dr. S usually commences with " being pleased". This time his " pleasure" appears in summary....i.e. "In summary, we are pleased with our performance operationally in 2023, and we look forward to updating the market in 2024 on the developments of the portfolio."
Yeah Right! , and forget about that Lithium. Been there, grabbed profit & got out. Evidently there are new " discoveries" which could replace it. Of course if you want to sit on lithium stock for donkey's years until the explorers actually get around to mining it (and meanwhile raise funds? ) that's up to you. But my experience (and yours) waiting for Ariana does not bode well for minnow miners. It's all about big cats and cream....Oh I've just spotted a Panther! (lol).
Lithium could well turn out to be an environmental disaster Go where the sh*t will really start flying from - BAE Sys or RTX ( formerly Raytheon). Regards, DJ
Hi John, nice to hear from you & your kind Wishes for Christmas & Year 2024 are reciprocated to yours and most folk on this chatline.
Winter is here...still sunny but very frosty dawns. The world news speaks for itself but there is strong support growing over here by younger voters, especially " Progressives" for UN & European efforts on the Gaza " War". Netanyahu needs to be ousted asap and US funding re-appraised.
I see AAU is not gaining and there are some larger sell offs today. Our tax year ends 31 December which will be very useful since I got out some months ago.
I don't have the slightest problem, Deano, with the bodily areas or functions you persistently keep attributing to your " chums" on here. mentioning on here. I had it right a long time ago. You are a troll and a nutter and quite frankly a total pain in the same place you rattle on about most of your time. Enough is enough and so I have put my blocking back on your mentally perverted drivel.
