I wonder who the consultant is? I do hope it’s not a mate of one of the board.
CEO could have presented the proposition much more clearly IMO.

No one wants the shares. I don’t want to sell because my shares are worth squat and I’m clinging to the remote hope they’ll be worth a bit more in a few months (say 18 lol?).
Which is why he stayed to see it through obviously.
Exactly. For now, better to have something that stops you dying that we know that actually works than something that might stop you getting it that hasn’t been fully tested.
BBC report “A man in the United States has caught Covid twice, with the second infection becoming far more dangerous than the first, doctors report.
The 25-year-old needed hospital treatment after his lungs could not get enough oxygen into his body.”
I’m thinking Interferon Beta might help in this type of case.
Thanks Chesh and Bumble
If the offer is 4p per share why is the current price 2.6p? Does the the offer RNS really mean 1 for 10 shares irrespective of price or 4p? Surely it’s about the price for the company of £21m so surely 4p? What am I missing?
Sunday Times business section. Interesting to see GT give up on an appeal that had gone against them. Now facing a £29m bill.
The RNS doesn’t even say what he brings to the party. They could have said something.
Not sure about that.
SKIN is dropping like a stone too. Something must be up.
Who pulled the trap door open?
You’re absolutely right, I don’t know what’s going to happen. I just think PWC won’t want this aired publicly any more than it needs to be and will look to settle. Of course if Watchstone’s case turns out to be as strong as they think it is then that settlement could be close to what Watchstone are looking for. IMHO. As you say exciting times and some further small recompense for the Quindell fiasco.
How long before we get a dividend?
They will settle admitting no liability. Watchstone won’t mind if the figure is right. Won’t be the full amount but it’ll be material.
Even better then! Hospital wards busting at the seams is the one thing the government cannot afford. They will do just about anything to avoid it.
Soon it’s going to be all about bringing the number of days spent in intensive care down as much as possible. The SNG solution coming on stream soon is inevitable IMHO.
