CTC; It’s something they must have to clarify, do we still have rights to all the reserves and resources as per the company website or not? It’s a very important point and I’ve no idea how they can get away with it as people will still be purchasing/selling based on company facts

Ive emailed the company to ask if they intend to update the website page which has all the reserves & resources on it as it includes Rosgeo so is incorrect and any change must affect the company value & possibly the SP.

I wonder if the company intend to update the website now the Rosgeo JV has expired? The current reserves & resources includes all of the Rosgeo JV but we’ve only applied for/waiting to transfer NYUD! It’d be very interesting to see the new figures. Surely that can’t be under an NDA as they’ve already gave us them.

Any views on how many Dimitri has, is it 60M as per RNS 15 July 2020 or 20M as per Options extension RNS on 2 Nov 2022? That’s a huge difference, can they be transferred to someone else?

The EUA website states;
“Tipil license (24.5km²) and Flanks license (50.8km²) add further resources beyond current Life of Mine” did we ever get any figures on the additional resources they add?

Does anyone have a current breakdown of options?

I know 5,000,000 were exercised by GFs family recently (Feb) but that totals 135M.
On the last extension they stated CS & DS had 20,000,000 each yet RNS on 15 July 2020 gave us this breakdown totalling 140M!

Apologies, I’d previously made an error on counting the days on point 1 around 6th March and just realised now.
1. 12th May 2021; received a proposal from a credible party & exited the FSP 708 days ago.
2. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 539 days ago.
3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 490 days ago.
4. NYUD JORC (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 436 days ago.
5. BOD options are due to expire on 2 May 2023.
6. MT DFS: submitted a minimum of 121 days ago.
7. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course.
8. 2 x court cases pending Mispare/Queeld Ventures Limited & Logik.

It’s all in the RNS on 15 July 2020. For some reason this equates to 140M supposedly 10M lapsed somehow.

I’d like to see the BOD taking up their options rather than extending again. Show the market that they are confident enough to invest in the company! I’d not be surprised if they just extend the options for another 6 months though, no way they’d want to risk their hard earned cash if there are any doubts ref securing the asset sale!!

We hit the 5s on the expectation we’d got the NYUD licence only for the BOD to RNS that Rosgeo had it but not us yet. I can’t honestly see anything from now on apart from DFS approved closely followed by sale update or not! There’s absolutely no way of knowing what’s going to happen.

Dattabase1, not seen it but I can imagine this war had a lot to do with stock going out of date. Once they get rid of that it won’t take long for the Wests leaders to change their minds on supporting Ukraine. I’d imagine Russia will be very similar once they’ve got rid of all their old stock.

I think the whole world would like to see peace in Ukraine, unfortunately a few people in power in the West, Russia & Ukraine aren’t interested in it at the minute though.

Beast; what do you think Mac was originally suggesting, was it an advert for a Canadian or Australian mining company on an EUA bb? Yes they are looking to invest in Nickel but it has nothing to do with us and specifically mentions “criteria of Geopolitical Risk” which we all know means Russia.

It states this in the article, how anyone could then relate that to thinking they will buy EUA and invest in Russia is beyond me!

Mac; interesting article. I read Canada, Australia, Peru & other S American countries. Am I missing the bit that mentions Russia? Also Japan isn’t a member of BRICS & the BOD have told us we’re selling the Assets to a BRICS company!

@Mac; they will sell for much less than previous valuations. No one’s going to pay top rates for Russian assets these days. Still much higher than current sp though hopefully.

@Layla; I can’t see any EUAv2 if everything’s sold, if there is I won’t be investing.
@Magnum; I don’t think we will ever know anything ref previous offers and will have to accept the best offer we get in the current circumstances. IMO it will be lower than originally expected buy hey ho, life goes on.
