Which information is correct?

Currently on EUA Website; Executive and Non- executive Directors 25,000,000, Advisors and staff 105,000,000
I know 5,000,000 were exercised by GFs family recently (Feb 2023) but that’d give a total of 135M.

RNS on 15 July 2020 gave us this breakdown totalling 140M!

On the last extension RNS (2 Nov 2022) they stated CS & DS had 20,000,000 each yet as above Dimitri had 60M, they also gave this breakdown which totals 151M!
62,000,000 options exercisable at 0.42 pence, expiring on 2 May 2023
47,000,000 options exercisable at 0.60 pence, expiring on 2 May 2023
42,000,000 options exercisable at 0.90 pence, expiring on 2 May 2023

What we’d all give for DFS approval huh, we will probably have to settle for an “options extension” RNS again later today. Anyone got any idea why those not on the BOD can’t exercise theirs, surely they’re not privy to inside information ref DFS, JORCs etc?
1. 12th May 2021; received a proposal from a credible party & exited the FSP 720 days ago.
2. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 551 days ago.
3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 502 days ago.
4. NYUD JORC; (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 448 days ago.
5. BOD options expire today
6. MT DFS; (11 April 2023) A final opinion on the DFS, to be provided by Rosnedra, is anticipated in the coming weeks.
7. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course.
8. 2 x court cases pending Mispare/Queeld Ventures Limited & Logik.

Hope this makes sense, I’m totally confused;

Tygra, do you have any idea of the breakdown as to who has how many options? I found some info but very confusing!

Chriszzr; it’ll more than likely be Tuesday afternoon. The BOD love to leave us waiting till the last minute. No idea why as we all know they will be extended again!

TC; I’d think the DFS is coming, do you have information that contradicts that? Agree ref the options, they will be extended but I’d think max of 6 months!

That might put the buyer off, the same could happen to them if Russia falls out with their country (assuming it’s not NN or another Russian buyer). Either way, there’s nothing anyone can do apart from wait & see!

Layla1; the BOD never checked for an update on the NYUD licence for over a month (mid Dec 2022 - 21 Jan 2023) so I very much doubt they’d bother checking this BB!

Toffers, do you think the SP will increase if they announce a no sale? It might be worth cutting your losses now before they release the news.

Toffers; you may well be right but my only option is to remain hopeful. Can I ask why you’re here if you genuinely believe they won’t sell any assets?

CTC; the DFS could land at any time as it’s impossible to know how many questions were asked and when EUA responded. Really hope it’s the last thing needed to get the asset sale agreed.

Don’t think we will get any news this week, unless the DFS is approved. More likely on Tuesday 2 May ref options.

No worries CTC, like everything with EUA nothings ever straightforward. IMO the BOD should be giving up to date facts. No doubt nothing will change though and we’ll all be expected to plod on in the dark.
