Mac; you’re usually well clued up on things. Any idea who is entitled to the remaining 106,000,000 options? Obviously todays RNS states DS & CS have 20,000,000 each out of the 146,000,000.

Gingerhippo; that’s a fair response. They are creating their own issues ref the comms, how many times have we found out on here or telegram that a licence was received before the BOD RNS it. To happen once is not good, twice embarrassing and more than that is appalling. It’s like they burry their head in the sand and hope no one will find out! If they just come out with an honest update I think they’d get more respect from everyone. I can’t comment on their previous positions but currently I think their performance is very poor and not a good reflection on any of them.

Iknownuffin; they gave us an RNS around 21 Dec which included an update on NYUD, then once it was found by a shareholder around 20 Jan they issued an RNS stating it’d been issued to Rosgeo in mid Dec. Don’t you find it strange that for over a month they appear to either not know or unwilling to update us? Ref the comms, the sales process is a p1ss poor excuse for how **** they are at giving us accurate updates, every RNS leaves us with more questions than answers! Frustrated yes, impressed with the BODs performance NO. We are totally clueless on just about every aspect of what’s actually going on! If you think they’re doing a good job I’d suggest you’re very easily pleased. I think they’d struggle to hold a position in any decent company if they performed the way they are for us.

IMO, the BOD are totally out of their depth. The list of pending items grows, the communication is amateur at best and to top it off they don’t seem to know what’s going on with everything, NYUD licence issued to Rosgeo yet they only find out when a shareholder finds in on the website, NYUD JORCS been reviewed by them for over a year, before that it was due shortly, Alexei selling millions of shares that they knew nothing about, mysterious investors, suspensions, nomad resignations, RNSs with incorrect information ref options, new members brought onto BOD yet still nothing sold, they tell us sanctions don’t affect the asset sale so if that’s true it can only be the fact that the BOD are doing something wrong!

I wasn’t disputing that. I said he sold shares and the BOD knew nothing about it! Crashed the SP and caused a lot of issues. He may well have bought them back but that want my point.

Iknownuffin; so you agree he sold 27,400,000 shares as per the RNS he issued and the BOD the following day!

What date was it in an RNS and I will have a look.

Grandq; thanks, that sounds reasonable. Not a shock that the company would make such a basic error in a legal document!

Sbrace06; he’s got 40,000,000 options. Good to see the BOD think it’s fair for him to get them extended, don’t think he’s worked for us in ages and if he is wtf was he selling his shares for?

I can understand why CS & DS need to extend as they are privy to inside info ref the DFS, JORC & asset sale and can’t exercise them at present but not the others. Wasn’t it Alexei who screwed us all over when he sold 29M without telling the BOD and dropped the SP from 29p to 13p in an instant!

@DimitriReacts; yes, and I asked the same question in Nov. Look at the 15 July 2020 RNS which shows he had 60,000,000. If you’re so smart please explain where they went, I’m happy to listen to your thoughts! I can’t remember seen an RNS saying he’d exercised any (don’t think he can due to inside knowledge etc) are they transferable?

Magnum, if they’d lapsed then surely the total would have came down by 40,000,000? Somethings not right here!

Where has Dimitris other 40,000,000 options gone. He had 60M according to the 15 July 2020 RNS?

@Tygra; cheers mate, hopefully we will get the RNS on here, if not I’m sure someone will let us know.
With regards to the website, I think you’re correct they just won’t bother to update it, the Reserves & Resources are now incorrect, as I believe are the options figures! I’d like to think it’s because they’re far too busy but considering it took them over a month to realise Rosgeo had received the NYUD licence I’m wondering if they’re actually in work at all! Doesn’t install you with much confidence in their ability to seal a deal if they can’t get basic admin right!

I wonder when they will update it?
These figures must be wrong if we’ve only proceeded with NYUD from the Rosgeo JV!
