Wolfe; you know the BOD as well as I do. Coming weeks could mean anything with them. Remember Rosgeo JORCs “shortly” RNS and we’ve still not got them although to be fair they’ve had NYUDs since 8 Feb 2022 and are reviewing it (extremely thoroughly). They’ve also not got round to updating our Reserves & Resources figures post Rosgeo JV which expired on 26 Feb! They can’t even get their own option figures correct. There’s only so much they can blame on things outside their control. Although they did tell us sanctions don’t affect the asset sale and they’d update us if that changed. I must have missed that RNS. The BOD are a shambles and have to be the worst company in the world for communication.

More than likely the drop is simply because the market makers can do as they please safe in the knowledge that our amazing BOD will say the square root of furk all and claim it’s due to the war/sanctions/NDAs/FSP/Suspension and any other reason they can come up with not to give us any news! Meanwhile us shareholders are clueless as to the real value of the company & our investment because everything appears to be a top secret!

Scuba & selecta; no worries, happy to keep posting it until the BOD releases some news. Their communication skills are appalling, I contacted them last week ref the Reserves & Resources RNS which they issued on 8 Feb 2022, which includes all the Rosgeo assets but as far as I’m aware they told us we’ve only got the rights to NYUD. They agreed it needs to be updated immediately as the figures are now incorrect, they’re not doing themselves or us shareholders any favours with the lack of news!

1. 12th May 2021; received a proposal from a credible party & exited the FSP 727 days ago.

2. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 558 days ago.

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 509 days ago.

4. NYUD JORC; (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 455 days ago.

5. MT DFS; (11 April 2023) A final opinion on the DFS, to be provided by Rosnedra, is anticipated in the coming weeks. 28 days ago.

6. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course.

7. 2 x court cases pending Mispare/Queeld Ventures Limited & Logik.

mizman; the final opinion on the DFS could arrive today or in a month. That’s the problem with our BOD it’s beyond them to tell us specifics ie what date they sent the responses! The other issue we have is will they tell us when it’s received eg Nyud licence, Nyud JORC & NKT update. We’d like to think the BOD already have all of these but we’ve got no idea on the current status of each. Officially the BOD are still reviewing the Nyud JORC, it’s only taken them 15 months so far with zero update!

@Tygra; cheers mate. I’ve not lived in the UK since 2010. Retirement could get cancelled if this BOD don’t get something finalised soon as Cyprus have put the required annual income for a couple up to €28800 this year from €15000 last year and are discussing raising it again to €50,000. God bless Brexit.

Pwlx; I’ve not got much else to do I’m afraid (early retirement) and coming on here keeps me occupied. It’s potentially life changing for me (or was) and I admit it’s p155ing me off, unfortunately I probably won’t make the AGM as I don’t live in the UK!

I think these court cases will be the least of the BODs worries if the SP carries on falling. The AGM could get very feisty if they still haven’t announced any decent updates. F me, where’s that NYUD licence and MT DFS?

Toffers, could you possibly copy and paste the contents onto here? That way we can make up our own minds. With regards to the email responses I received from the company yesterday I’m not bothered about putting the contents on here as there was nothing confidential in them and they didn’t ask me to keep it a secret. I’d also love to see disclosure of all the company documents, maybe that’s something Queeld may ask for.

Toffers; can you please share the link to the document? I’d like to view it as would everyone I’d think. If you’re also happy I’m going to copy your earlier statement and email it to Eurasia and ask for their comments on what you’re claiming.

Toffers; what is the case about? Do you have the full details/information. I’m genuinely interested and tbh don’t know much about it all.

Come on everyone. The Russia v West arguments are not needed on this BB. It’s bad enough been a EUA shareholder at present as it is!

Onthebandwaggon; maybe the BOD are taking the product out in little bags hidden in their pockets to sell on the quiet, a bit like they did when digging a tunnel in the pow camps. Has anyone seen the pile and checked if it’s going down slowly haha?

23 days ago BOD told us this;
“The Definitive Feasibility Study for Monchetundra ("DFS") was submitted in December 2022 and notice acknowledging receipt from Rosnedra, the relevant state authority, was received by the Company. Eurasia recently received a set of questions from the expert panel of the State Reserves Committee, to which the Company responded. A final opinion on the DFS, to be provided by Rosnedra, is anticipated in the coming weeks.”
Wouldn’t it be nice to know what date the BOD replied, how many questions were asked and how in depth were they. Finally, I hope to fcuk someone double checked the responses were correct before they were sent to Rosnedra!
Approval can’t be far away now or can it?

@Tim; I’d like to think our asset sale will be agreed long before this is finalised next year however, I’ve been thinking that for a few years now!

@Rickstars; none talked mate, I 100% agree with you. It’s a concern as to what else they may have got wrong in an RNS. No wonder everything’s taking so long if that’s an example of how good their attention to detail is, it might explain why a few licences had to be reapplied for, they probably got half the details wrong lol Surely these sort of things should be proof read by someone, double checked by CS then the NOMAD before sign off. Christ, they even had to amend it 2 days later due to an error with GF’s figures and still never noticed!

The BOD are walking on very thin ice at the minute. Queeld Ventures Limited with 307,250,000 shares (10.75%) have a pending court case, the IIs who invested circa $35m and probably won’t ever be able to exercise their warrants won’t be singing there praises either, communications with shareholders is appalling. The NOMAD must be asking questions (or should be). If the DFS isn’t the last piece required to secure an asset sale I think there will have to be a change in the BOD pretty quick, only issue with that is would the BOD actually bother to announce if the DFS is approved or will it sit in the bottom drawer along with the NKT update, NYUD licence & JORC (which they’ve been reviewing for over 15 months now)

@Stonk, I think it’s just NYUD which we still have right over. They’ve replied to my email and said it’s been highlighted that the page needs an immediate update. Let’s see how long it takes for that to happen.

I emailed the company and NOMAD yesterday to ask if Dimitri has 60,000,000 options as per above RNS or 20,000,000 as per RNSs issued on 2 Nov 2022 and 2 May 2023.
Had a reply this morning which stated they’d made a gross error on the OPD RNSs in 2020!
Just trying to find out if they intend to update the Reserves & Resources as well as they are probably incorrect too as they include all of the Rosgeo JV which we no longer have rights to (I think)

Mjd2020; thanks that’s a good find. Fingers crossed we get the DFS approved very soon and sell the lot to the Chinese.
