I’ve got a latest date of Thursday 8th of June as the last possible day for the BOD to announce AGM & release the Annual Report. That’s based on the assumption the AGM will be held Friday 30 June.

BoB; so you think it’s acceptable to just keep extending the expiry date until there’s an asset sale announced?

Surely having the cash for those options exercised now would be more beneficial to the company, we don’t seem to be able to sell the concentrate and current cash won’t last for ever, I’m assuming mining season means more salaries, use of machinery etc so costs will increase. We also have a Royalty payment for MT due by Nov for 16.68M Roubles. No company should ever turn down extra cash in the bank. As for dilution, I think that’s the least of our worries at present!

KoC; I assume CS & Dimitri can’t exercise theirs as they’d have insider knowledge so maybe not allowed but see no reason the others can’t exercise theirs. That’s 106M at average of 0.6p which would be handy for the company cash flow just now!

KoC; as if that wasn’t bad enough our BOD now think it’s “fair & reasonable” to extend the expiry date on his 40M options. I’d like them to justify why they think that’s acceptable to shareholders. Let the slimy tvvat exercise them now, EUA could do with the cash.

The BOD are totally out of touch with shareholders and this to me sums it up;

Accordingly, the Company's directors who are independent of the Options Extension (being all directors with the exception of Christian Schaffalitzky) consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, that the terms of the Options Extension are fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders of the Company are concerned.

The below person is entitled to these options;

I’m sure we all remember him from this little episode, it’s a shame our BOD seemed to forget what he did to the SP!

Eurasia Mining plc has noted the adverse movement in the Company's share price yesterday, following announcement of the trade yesterday for 27,400,000 shares by Alexei Churakov (the "Shares"). Eurasia had received no notification of this trade prior to it being reported by Alexei Churakov himself via RNS on 27 January 2021.

Icarus69; when news leaked in Jan ref the NYUD licence approval we hit over 5p. The next day our amazing BOD confirmed in an RNS that Rosgeo had the licence (since mid Dec) but we’d not taken up our entitlement yet. The SP dropped back down on that RNS, things like that are what irritate me and that’s 100% down to the BOD.

KoC; let’s just pray that “coming weeks” doesn’t end up the same as “shortly” 🤬 no matter what happens now I think the BOD have lost the support of many investors over their diabolical communication.

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 523 days ago.

4. NYUD JORC; (8 Feb 2022 draft CPR with BOD for review) 469 days ago.

5. MT DFS; (11 April 2023) A final opinion on the DFS, to be provided by Rosnedra, is anticipated in the coming weeks. 42 days ago.

6. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course. Approx 158 days ago

7. 2 x court cases pending Mispare/Queeld Ventures Limited & Logik.

FFS, can you lot give it a rest with the constant p1sh ref conspiracy theories, nazis, media etc. This is an EUA BB, so try talking about Eurasia Mining issues (feck me there’s plenty of them) go somewhere else and have your other discussions, it really is monotonous and I’d think the vast majority on here have no interest in any of it whatsoever 🤔

@Icarus69; really hope the dual passport goes to plan for you. That will save you a load of stress with trying to get visas etc at the rate they’re changing the financial requirements we’ll need EUA to go for £1 per share by the time the sales announced 🤔😢

B1ll; I’m sure he’s just a wind up merchant. He comes on LSE replying to people’s comments on Twitter, now says to me he’d only reply if I post on other groups! I don’t think he’s quite got an understanding on how communication works yet. Maybe he’s the one who writes the EUA RNSs 😂🤣
