Magnum.PI; they just totally removed the Reserves & Resources from the website as a very shoddy quick fix, however I also pointed out to them that the exact same data was issued in an RNS on 8 Feb 2022 which they really should issue an updated RNS for, they’ve (NOMAD & EUA) never responded reference that point!

@Grand1Q; there was a big debate about all this around Oct/Nov. Everything with EUA is confusing/conflicting/vague. I’m sure the total figure was 151M, someone was told 10M had lapsed but clearly that’s not the case as the below gives 146M plus GF family exercised 5M earlier this year (Jan/Feb).

Treadingcarefuly; the fact you find the sp decline and genuine shareholders losing money amusing says a hell of a lot about you as a person!

Iknownuffin; in what way are they obsolete? I don’t remember seen anything ref the NYUD JORC or NYUD licence since those RNSs.

Another blue day would be appreciated.

1. 12th May 2021; received a proposal from a credible party & exited the FSP 729 days ago.

2. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 560 days ago.

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 511 days ago.

4. NYUD JORC; (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 457 days ago.

5. MT DFS; (11 April 2023) A final opinion on the DFS, to be provided by Rosnedra, is anticipated in the coming weeks. 30 days ago.

6. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course.

7. 2 x court cases pending Mispare/Queeld Ventures Limited & Logik.

Toffers; I don’t trust anyone on these BBs. If what you say is true ref Mac (and I’ve no reason to doubt you) why don’t you get in touch with TW and give him all the info? I’m sure he’d be very interested in publishing it and highlighting what’s going on and I’m sure everyone would be really happy to see these sort of things revealed and hopefully people prosecuted. I’ve always said I’d not sell until the BOD make an announcement. If it’s bad news then I’ll have to live with it.

Beast, I’d emailed the company on Wednesday and pointed out the Reserves & Resources included all of our entitlement to Rosgeo, however as of 26 Feb the JV expired so the figures had to be incorrect as we’ve only applied for NYUD. To be fair they replied very quickly and accepted it needed changing immediately. It looks to me like they’ve just removed the whole section on Reserves & Resources. If you want to view that info it’s in an RNS dated 8 Feb 2022, not sure how they will update the info they put in that!

Had a very quick look and it appears to me like they’ve just removed the Reserves & Resources figures. Bit shoddy as Rosgeo is still referenced in other parts of that page. Unfortunately for the BOD the Reserve & Resources figures were also issued in an RNS on 8 Feb 2022 so Id think they’d have to issue an updated RNS for that!

Wtf12; I believe that the BOD are withholding price sensitive information ie Nyud JORC, that they published Reserves & Resources which are factually incorrect as they include Rosgeo JV, that they put incorrect info in an ops RNS ref BOD options. That there are numerous other details that they are not giving us updates on. I also questioned the NOMAD and if they are responsible for preventing all of the above. I’m more than happy to be proved wrong and told the company I’d emailed aim and have nothing to hide. The company already admitted to me that I’m correct on two of my points but still haven’t rectified them to the market!

Had a reply from Aim, not holding my breath but at least they replied.

Database, today I’ve emailed the company & tried calling but no answer, emailed the NOMAD but just via the reception (contact@spangel.co.uk) as David Hignell won’t speak to us Shareholders. I’ve also found this email but it may be out of date; aiminvestigations@londonstockexchange.com to ask if they are comfortable with everything that’s going on with EUA.

The blame has to be 100% with the BOD, they are useless, clueless and should be embarrassed by the way they’ve treated shareholders. Doing absolutely nothing while taking a salary, words fail me as to why/how they can get away with it and the NOMAD is just as useless. And for those who say it’s down to the war, the fecking BOD told us that sanctions don’t affect us at present and would advise us if they did so that excuse doesn’t wash with me one bit. They’ve put us through this on purpose by withholding information and for that they should be held to account.

Magnum, can you imagine how long it’d take if he hadn’t came in to speed it all up. I’d imagine we’d still be errrr waiting for the DFS. The BOD have a hell of a lot of explaining to do, none of what they’ve told us makes sense anymore.
