@PP; I don’t think it’s a coincidence, no AGM = no vote to reinstate the BOD which I think they know would be an issue for some of them 😳 I genuinely think they’re trying to hang on for as long as they can now and suspension is an easy option for them 🤔

I get the distinct impression that the BOD don’t want to face their shareholders at an AGM and suspension will be very appropriate for them. I’d be shocked if someone doesn’t initiate a no confidence vote in the BOD next week although I’ve no idea if that’d be possible in the current circumstances, certainly JN & CS have not covered themselves in glory over the last few years and I’m still at a loss as to what Artem actually does. Their treatment of shareholders is disgusting.

Whatever is happening there is ZERO excuse for not updating their shareholders.

No matter what happens from now on the BOD are complete tvvats imo. Words fail me as to why the think it’s acceptable to treat shareholders the way they are and have done so in the past. I hope each of them gets to experience what they’ve put us through at some point in life. CS said he shares our frustration, does he fcuk. He’s no idea what he’s putting us through 🤬

Wouldn't those 6 year olds be much older if they got in the car at the start of the EUA journey? 😂 🤣

@Stej; last years was behind schedule yet still released on the 29th, this year they told us it was expected early June and we are still waiting on the 30th? They are holding it back, just like everything else and that’s out of order. They don’t have to answer to us and IMO that’s half the problem, they have zero accountability to their shareholders and it’s too easy just to ignore us.

@Stej; they released this last year so what’s different this year? Until they sort their communication out we are always going to get derampers & rampers voicing their opinions, only people to blame for that are our BOD. It’d also help if they answered the phone!

Annual audited accounts and AGM timing

Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company announces the expected timing for publication of the annual audited report and accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Due to geopolitical circumstances, the annual audit is running behind schedule, however, at present Eurasia still expects the report and accounts to be published and announced before the end of June 2022. An AGM notice will also follow in due course, with the statutory notice period for the AGM being observed.

Stej; it’s the companies, but they told us that they expected the Annual Report in early June. I think it’s only reasonable for shareholders to expect an update if there’s a delay. Granted it’s not illegal but ffs they need to start talking to their shareholders and showing us a bit of respect. They are treading on thin ice, if Queeld (who must be p1ssed off with them) initiated a vote of no confidence in any of the BOD I think they’d struggle to keep their position atm.

Stej; I’m sure the AGM (according to the EUA corporate calendar) is supposed to be held in June!

@Stej; you also have to have an AGM/EGM to be able to vote, maybe that’s why the BOD are delaying having one? 🤔😳

Sucked in could have been by the “ACF Report”, FSP, Proposal from a credible party (or however it was worded), sanctions don’t affect the asset sale, substantial dividend, plus numerous others I can’t remember of the top of my head. Looking like we were about to sell in 2022 isn’t any use to shareholders in June 2023

Stej; there’s no doubting the War has had a huge impact on the SP. Do you honestly believe the BOD have not contributed to the SP decline? What about all the details they are withholding, look what happened to the SP on the rumour we’d received the NYUD licence, I think it peaked at over 5p which would be over 50% on todays SP. The lack of comms has allowed the MMs to do as they please with the SP safe in the knowledge our BOD will remain silent. Even now here we all are wondering if they will release the Annual Report & AGM. As far as we are aware both JN & CS are still on very high salaries (more than the PM) yet we have no idea what they are doing/achieving at present. They’d get more sympathy if they told us the facts but that seems beyond them. There are far too many unanswered questions many of which are very important to us shareholders.

FFS; do you think you lot could focus on EUA just for one day and stop all the childish bickering? It’s relentless and needless, especially on a day when we are all on edge waiting for the BOD to hopefully give us the Annual Report and AGM date.

2. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 608 days ago.

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 559 days ago.

4. NYUD JORC; (8 Feb 2022 draft CPR with BOD for review) 505 days ago.

5. MT DFS; (11 April 2023) A final opinion on the DFS, to be provided by Rosnedra, is anticipated in the coming weeks. 79 days ago.

6. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course. Approx 194 days ago

7. 2 x court cases pending Mispare/Queeld Ventures Limited & Logik.

We’re also due the DFS, it’s been at least 79 days since the BOD responded. Nyud licence transfer which Rosgeo received in mid Dec, NKT open pit update. Lots of important info we’re due but none received to date, I’m hoping it’s for a good reason but not holding my breath anymore.

Brisk; I think the general consensus is Friday is the last day they BOD can release the Annual Report without breaching Aim rules. Therefore anything before 1830 on Friday is a bonus, we all know the BOD like to leave things to the very last possible second 😳.

I really hope we get some much needed and long overdue news this week, the BOD need to clarify the many questions shareholders are asking;
