Mr Wolfe; they can only ask us to vote for a cash raise. I’d vote no at present and they’d have to give dammed good reasons to get me to change my mind! I’m sure most shareholders would be the same.

Well put question B1ll; unfortunately we have no idea what has been paid for already. The current value of the mine products will have changed and we don’t know if they took into account the fact we only own 68% of WK. I think Lovely Boy also found other additional costs that would likely come off the value. Other question is have they paid for all the work at NKT (we’re still waiting for the open pit update).

Ragsrob; I think everyone is hoping/praying that’s what’s going to happen. I did email the company and asked ref the NYUD licence transfer to our subsidiary, NKT update & what exact date MT DFS was submitted. They responded stating they would consider including those in their next update!

Dattabase; it’s in the Rosgeo Agreement RNS issued 26 March 2021.
“Eurasia has 24 months in which to decide whether to select some or all of the assets to develop. If Eurasia determines not to proceed with any assets, no consideration would be due beyond the Initial Consideration.”

Is this factually correct? I’m only aware of them informing us that they are working to get NYUD at present.

On 3 Dec 2020 the BOD advised us that “The DFS has now been approved by the working meeting of the Russian State Committee on Reserves. The final approval is expected to happen this month”
Are we due a similar update soon on the MT DFS or will the BOD remain silent until they receive final approval? Christ we could seriously do with some good positive news!

3. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 424 days ago.
4. NYUD JORC (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 371 days ago.
5. Rosgeo JV; options on remaining 8 Assets expires 26 March 2023.
6. BOD options are due to expire 2 May 2023.
7. MT DFS: submitted a minimum of 56 days ago.
8. Nyud; Exploration license received by Rosgeo in mid Dec 2022, EUA will update shareholders on receipt of this license in due course.

Rickstars; the dfs process will hopefully be around 3 months, anyone expecting any news before that is setting themselves up for disappointment. We don’t know the actual date of submission but have to assume 20th Dec. Any updates before 20th March is a bonus.

Dattabase; I think by law they have to advise us as it’s price sensitive information, however I’m sure they could ask the authorities not to issue it for a certain period of time so technically it’s not approved and therefore no need to advise us. What I’d like to know is what date they actually submitted it in Dec. You’d like to think it was before the 20th but no way of knowing.

@LB, many thanks for the info. Sorry I got sidetracked by a local bar yesterday afternoon. Selling WK to fund progressing the other mines is an option by the looks of things. With a bit of luck everything will be revealed once we get the MT DFS approval sometime around 20th March. NYUD licence and JORC must be ready to go and I’m hoping the NKT open pit update is finished (and already paid for) as well.

Good post LB and it’s definitely a possibility. Didn’t they state at least 80% of any income from a sale would be paid out to shareholders as a dividend though. I could well be wrong though as going from memory, will go look at the dividend policy they released.

Montmuzard; I disagree that the RNS issued in Dec was CLEAR, it was deliberately worded so not to be clear. A clear word to use would be RECEIVED. As a shareholder we shouldn’t have to decipher the fecking wording of an RNS to understand what’s going on. Not one shareholder understood that sentence and that is p1ss poor on the BOD. If they are waiting to get everything together and release it in one RNS then show us some respect and tell us that’s there intention.

Ragsrob; that’s defo the million dollar question, I see no reason why they shouldn’t be giving us the facts. It’s definitely info which affects the SP as proved when it was found out. It doesn’t cover our BOD in glory and makes them look totally out of touch with their shareholders.

Rickstars; your post has summed things up brilliantly. I’ve never been happy with the BODs silence as it just leaves us completely in the unknown. It certainly doesn’t help our confidence when they tell us one thing ref NYUD on 21 Dec then a shareholder finds out differing details on the Russian websites. The BOD then release the info and advise us the licence was issued mid Dec! Basic communication is appalling and here we are what, around 56 days since Rosgeo received the licence in Mid Dec and they still can’t/won’t or don’t want to tell us when it’s going to be transferred to EUA!

IMO, I’d like the BOD to clarify what’s happening with the Rosgeo JV, in particular the NYUD licence which was received by Rosgeo in mid Dec! Also NKT open pit update. If they are waiting to update us on everything at once when they have MT DFS approval then just tell us that!

CTC; that’s a load of rubbish, discussions are welcome on the FB group they’re just not allowing the childish petty arguments certain posters on here seem to enjoy so much. It’s certainly not an echo chamber!

I was hoping they’d have finished and paid for it by now. Thats another cost to come out of the funds we’ve got left.
