The second article is referring to an item raised last week in relation to an investigation to the previous owners - as mentioned then this has nothing to do with us and we were aware of this as it has been ongoing since 2015 -2016.
The latter is Anglo trying to not pay the labour liability that the labour court has already ruled on.
Again we are aware of the issues and neither should have any impact on our first shipment timeline.

DD. I do realise that 2p is 30%+ but the upside, IMO, is many times that. Irelands have a risked target of 44p and a fair value of 165p. I have spoken to researcher at Irelands and found him credible.

DD. I have been wrong about KDNC . I got carried away with the hype about lithium but I think its day is comimg and Amapa and MMS have great potential. I'd like to know value of JVSs and how KDNC realises value.

Mr C. AIM is inherently high risk and potentially high reward. I was lucky to invest in ASOS at under 20p and I was happy to have a ten bagger but the share price subsequently went to £70+. Should have kept a few. I really cannot see point of ****ging off KM all the time. I have met him at AGMs and talked to him at the Master Show on a couple of occasions. I am certainly not a friend but IMO he is honest and works hard for KDNC. I do think DL hyped share but the whole lithium market was overhyped but that is with hindsight.
The directors have invested £408K in shares between January 2018 and March 2020; to me that denotes a degree of confidence. The AR for 2019 is due.

Mr C. I can understand your disappointment but you have made a mistake and I think it is time you moved on. Your constant moaning about the BOD undermines share price and if you are a shareholder why are you doing that? I have read the posts you have made in May and they are critical of all the companies you name.

Market cap of EMH at 62p is £90m. 16% of £90m is £14.4m.

Cavendish, A discount of 80% seems excessive and CEZ ,that has a market cap of £7.8 billion, is a partner in Cinovec

The Annual Report is due this month. I have emailed company asking a number of questions about investments in particular the value of JVs and how that will be realised. I suggest that other shareholders do the same.
