All four directors have bought shares including chairman who paid 16p per share. Is that not a reason to invest?

Would you like to speculate as to the value of KDNC's share of JV?

It does not matter where we have been; it's where we are that counts and the BOD are showing confidence now. Amapa is on the cusp of completing deal and EMH has made progress. The JVs should show value but I am puzzled as to when.

I am disappointed in the share price of KDNC but I made the investment and I cannot blame the BOD. I do think DL overhyped the potential and I do think the lithium market was overhyped. The performance of BCN and EMH illustrate this but I do think lithium’s day is coming. I have attended several AGMs and spoken to and exchanged emails with KM. He is careful not to divulge any secrets but he does reply to sensible questions. I think he and the other directors have shown their belief in KDNC by their recent investments totalling over £450k. They must be confident of Amapa coming to a successful conclusion.
All the moaning and negative posts by some regular posters can only undermine selling price and it bewilders me that if they have no faith in KDNC why they don’t accept their mistake and move on. Constantly moaning about BOD can only deter new investors.

The directors have invested £442k in shares since July 2019; that does include £250K invested by fund managed by Adrian Fairbourne.

The value of investment in EMH has increased by 30% today.

I am surprised at the muted reaction of share price to the directors investing £70000 in shares.
They must be confident of Amapa.
