Exception Capital, a fund managed by Adrian Fairbourne (a Non-Executive Director of the Company), has participated in the Placing for 227,272,727 ordinary shares at a cost of £250000 in June 2019

He has bought 157000 shares at a cost of about £24000 since November 10th

Settlement of Bank Creditors
In early September this year, we announced that DEV Mineração S.A's ("DEV"), Cadence and Indo Sino Pty Ltd ("the Investors") agreed in principle to the settlement terms proposed by the secured bank creditors ("Bank Creditors"). The legal drafting of the settlement agreement and supporting documents continues, and we look forward to updating the market once these documents are executed.

I have seen your speculation about value of Sonora and I wish I knew and also the value of Yangibana JV. I do know that market cap of KDNC is £20m and value of investment in EMH is £10m.The BOD has recently shown their confidence in successful completion of Amapa.
