I have exchanged emails with KM and I have met him at AGMs and Investor Shows but I do not know him personally.

Kiran Morzaria and Donald Strang have participated in the placing for 45,454,545 ordinary shares each. Exception Capital, a fund managed by Adrian Fairbourne (a Non-Executive Director of the Company), has participated in the Placing for 227,272,727 ordinary shares. The participation of these 3 parties constitutes a related party transaction under Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The independent director, Andrew Suckling, having consulted the Company's Nominated Adviser, WH Ireland Limited, consider that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

The Company announces that Kiran Morzaria, Director and CEO of the Company, today notified the Company that he purchased 254,741 ordinary shares in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 3.9 pence per Common Share.

JJJ. I have never claimed to know share purchases of a director other than as notified to company.

The AR is due this month. I suggest questions are sent to KM.

IMO BOD making big effort to keep share price incfreaing.

Antelope I do not disagree but the underlying value has not changed and in time will be reflected in value of company.

We are in uncertain times and it is difficult to overlook the doom and gloom.
However the underlying value of the company is unchanged- the assets are the same and demand for lithium will be as forecast. There might be a short delay in moving to production but it will happen. Global warming is not going away and the pandemic is of minor concern compared with that.

Keith Coughlan was very confident in interview- very surprising that share price has fallen.

I understand the disappointment of shareholders with share price but I do think this constant criticism of the BOD does nothing to help and contributes to the constant fall in value. The BOD has made the same mistakes as shareholders. We all thought that lithium would increase in value but to our surprise the price has fallen. The expectation is that demand will grow substantially and the price will increase; there is no doubt that there will be an enormous increase in demand for batteries for evs and for power storage. My criticism of BOD has always been the reluctance/refusal to keep shareholders informed. The dealings in BCN were puzzling, and the failure to inform shareholders of the profit/loss when investments are sold is disappointing but my big gripe is lack of information about the JVs; what are they worth and how does KDNC realise value? The update on Amapa was encouraging and perhaps shows that BOD has been listening to shareholders.Irelands value of Sonora JV , risked at 80%, is £4.3m and Yangibana,risked at 90%, is £1.2m and their risked target price per share is 44p.
I do not question integrity of directors; they have reduced remuneration, spent £408k buying shares and were enthusiastic about Amapa at AGM. KM buying shares on March 12th shows confidence.
I obviously regret investing in KDNC – I am a buyer at the current price- but I cannot see any downside from present market cap of £4m. I am sure the constant moaning from some of the frequent posters who surely cannot be current shareholders, and if they are what they trying to achieve, must be is a major factor in undermining value of KDNC.

IMO where the BOD has failed is in its reluctance - refusal- to advise shareholders of what is going on; Amapa being the most recent example. I think the value is there but shareholders have no idea how it will be realised. The JVs are a mystery - how can company realise value? I have nagged KM and he does reply to most of my emails but he is careful not to say anything "confidential". I suggest than rather than moan on here you contact KM and other members of BOD, I do believe that the purchase of £350k worth of shares at 11p shows confidence,

IF you look at RNS section 8 it refers to convertible loan note.

is it something to do with the convertible loan being paid down? Trafalgar was not recorded as a substanial shareholder in 2018 accounts.

DD. You seem to know terms of JV. How did you find these out? Please explain drag and tag.
