DD. We don't know terms of JV but KDNC must have some rights.BCN/Ganfeng is the only buyer but I do think they will want KDNC out of way but when??. I have spoken to researcher at WHI and he seems well informed and knowledgable - he is a geologist.

DD, Responding to your earlier message. I agree that nobody would pay $30m for KDNC's share of JV but WHI have only included £4m in their target price. I think BCN/Ganfeng would pay that to have KDNC ot of way.

I have found the section of the report -pages 137/138 - that sets out information about ore provided by La Ventana JV. It varies from nil in some years up to to 44% . I can only think that for the sake of good order BCN will want all of JV and the sooner the deal is down the lower the price. WHI have placed a risked value of £4.1m s compared with an unrisked value of £21m.

I think BCN will want to buy out JV . WHI placed an unrisaked value of £21m reduced by 80% to £4.1m in its recent report.

Both Ganfng and M&G paid 25p for the shares they purchased. IMO the only way is up.

Sonora Lithium Ltd ("SLL") is the operational holding company for the Sonora Lithium Project and owns 100% of the La Ventana concession. The La Ventana concession accounts for 88% of the mined ore feed in the Sonora Feasibility Study which covers the initial 19 years of the project mine life. SLL is owned 77.5% by Bacanora and 22.5% by Ganfeng Lithium Ltd. SLL also owns 70% of the El Sauz and Fleur concessions.

Czech utility CEZ plans to build a 'gigafactory' for batteries for cars in North Bohemia in the coming years that would use lithium discovered in the Ore Mountains near Cínovec, on the German border.

Minister of Industry and Trade Karel Havlícek said during a visit to Berlin on Wednesday that CEZ plans to use lithium stocks from both countries.

The Czech Republic has the biggest lithium reserves in Europe and many politicians have pushed for its mining to be in the hands of a state-controlled company, such as CEZ.

If KDNC had been sold an RNS would have to be issued as KDNC is major shareholder and KM is a director. There have been a suggestion that Auroch has been sold and MMS and REE( was Clancy)
could be sold.

Bannor. I'd missed the update of August 1st about CLN. Shareholders need an update from company about CLN, Amapa and any change in investments. I have emailed asking for this and I suggest other shareholders do the same.

The RNS issued on July 15th states CLN was $2.24m; at June 30th per interim accounts ahareholders funds were £17m.

KDNC markewt cap £5m . investment in EMH £4m, Deposit Amapa $2.5m.
