If you take a look at the long post I just made, that quotes Pinnacle's business model/strategy set out in their website, I am certain you will not view their intentions so suspiciously.

For those who fear Pinnacle may be stereotypical slash and burn asset-stripping firm and who, are thus, inclined to vote down their current offer, below is Pinnacle's published business model, taken, complete, from the firm's website. It reads very positively and as ATME's board and shareholders would ideally want:

WiseOwl speak not so wise. Pinnacle is clearly planning a full takeover of AMTE and then to steer it to maximum profitability. They won't be dumping any shares at 0.5p, or any price as it wouldn't help them achieve their objective.

If the Northvolt BOD had been savvy, they would have been buying up AMTE since it was granted its patents. Too late now.

Excellent Update in every regard. I am below water at 5.70 by a good few K, so a decent uptick today will buoy my spirits no end. All that's awaited, in order for me to untie the noose suspended from my bannisters, is an equally postive offtake agreements RNS.

I would jump at 20p. I have been almost continuously down by a large margin since I bowled in the the AIM some months back to buy ATM, a newcomer with no previous history of it. It remains as opaque to me today regarding trading activity and trends as the day I announced my innocent arrival in this Chatroom. The potential upsides to be had on this exchange are clearly enormous but the bruising swings, commonly counterintuitive to the latest news, make it a singularly hard to enjoy journey. My nerves are shot and so, like TT, I would leap at a 20p per share buy out for a 3X overall gain.

I should say that I am in agreement with Nesty AND TT. Not getting a peep from the company so long after the originally stated due date is not only frustrating but quite unnerving. I have tried detective work online using all the latest AI research tools and there's not a word of a suggestion of an announcement or other development.

TT, you mentioned recently that the strange trading numbers appeared to have stopped. Well i think they are still around and are waiting in the wings. Bloomberg currently reports ATM's 30 day average daily trading volume at 4,209,273, and yesterday's volume at 813,752, (a mere 19.3% of the recent average. It does feel like something is afoot, but we ought not to be pessimistic or jump to any negative conclusions.

Amonst whose number should we count you? The dumpers of cr4p or the dumped-upon? If you are in the latter's camp, I agree and empaphise. We must not take it lying down. It's up to us to demand andwers to the sort of direct, probing questions that ATM'S BOD cannot easily sidestep or brush aside aside. I am not qualified or experienced enough in AIM trading to take the lead, so all suggestions will be welcome.

I have also become weary of the outward seeming BS antics of AV, tickling our nuts with juicy hints of imminent major positive announcements but, as you say, it seems commonplace on the AIM. I suspect that it might be damage control, designed to limit capital flight by investors disillusioned by the stalled progression of the Big Boys - Albemarl, Livent, American Battery Metals et al, which have all failed to leave the launchpad in the way most anticipated. Keeping the new boys' market caps up right now has to be crucial, so the AVs need to talk the right talk or......

Anyway, I have taken to distracting myself from my precarious situation in ATM with a private investigation into an AIM (+Nasdaq) company I witnessed doing a pump and dump in May. It was too obvious to miss and a look-up of the firm's filing on the Company's House website convinced me they were bogus. I raised the matter with the team at Investing.com but they were indifferent, even though a MAJOR credit card company was named as a partner in the enterprise. I have since collected a dossier of evidence spanning 3 continents that has the AIM company bang to rights and leaves the credit card company looking very, very bad indeed. I will be pulling the trigger tomorrow when I pass my dossier to the police, SEC and FINCA in New Jersey, Visa Partner Programs USA, the FCA, the LSE and the police in the UK, plus Bezinga.com who independently published an article detailing the fraud in June, 3 weeks after I informed Investing.com (who did nothing despite several further messages I sent them with increasingly compelling evidence. The cr4p is going to hit the fan so hard - I'm looking forward to it more than my last divorce. Who am I talking about? For now, all I will say is they are a Nigerian fintech/farming collective with a Knight of the Realm on the Board and another director who is an ex superstar barrister and cousin of a senior Conservative Party figure. If you don't hear from me again, I've been rubbed out. Wish me luck and GLA.

Judging from the few responses made to my challenging post, all hope has been abandoned for ALL. Here's my suggestion for everyone's urgent consideration: If ALL really Is dead in the water, while Andrada is poised for a big move upwatrds, sell your holdings in ALL and plough it straight into ATM? There's a good chance to get back some of your lossess almost overnight. No investment advice is given here. DYOR

I am sorry to have to say it, but your chat room reads like the Times' Sunday Obituaries.

I've been heavily into Andrada Mining (ATM) for over a year now and I've seen only successful test drilling results followed by much increased high-density Spodumene MRE's at JUST below surface level, big efficiencies being made in the extraction of Lithium Carbonate from historic tin mining tailings and new discoveries of Tantalum deposits Add to that the ample credit line afforded by the mining speculators and in-country banks and ATM's SP should have gone vertical. But it hasnt (and I'mcurrently down a good few thou). Like almost all Lithium start-ups, China's economic straits have meant a delayed lift-off. The mood is sombre and the short term is uncertain, to put it mildly. But the world wants Lithium, come hell or high water, and that's what we will be ready to give it very soon- at a much (much) higher price than today's sad level. So, come on. Let our sights be set onwards and upwards and leave the negativity to the graphene bugs.

In the spirit of atonement for my previous, despairing, post,which appeared to have become somewhat infectious, I just wanted to say I just read the most recent dozen or so posts in the Atlantic Lithium chatroom and they're miserable as sin - suicidal almost - just because things have slowed down a tad with the SP's former stratospheric rise.

I didn't chip in, but if I had done, I would have advised them to put on an extra pair of socks, plus a thick jumper and toughen up. The lithium climate on the AIM ain't for the faint hearted or the impatient. And, yes, I have reminded myself of this too.

Hello chaps. Does anyone know some good jokes? Because I need cheering up. I made the age-old error of buying more shares every time there was a dip. Problem now, of course,is the price has been set in concrete at 6.1p since what feels like the day I finished Secondary School. Bl###dy Atlantic Lithium is flying freely high above our heads and dumping on our heads. Maybe we should try a bit of shareholder activism and demand some encouraging details of the, supposedly all sorted and ready to go, offtake agreement?
