I too have had long exposure to Cap-XX, but I am a glass half full person and instead of looking at positive devopments through slitted eyes, I take it on face value because its always warmer on the sunny side of the street. Why always presume fair winds are suspicious?

I made a typo in my last message. I meant to write that 8 of the first 10 trades this morning, showing as sells were my BUYS. I didn't realise until a while later, at which point I posted here in this chatroom. Look back and you will see.

You are very probably correct, but there is a sinister angle at play. Of the first 10 or so trades this morning showing as SELLS, of these were DEFINITELY BUYS. I can attest to this as I was the buyer. Spread the word.

All of the trades listed so far this morning have been BUYS, not sells. I was the first one to buy today and I just bought 47,091 at 1.58p

I wouldn't call Joe's post naive. I see it as positive messaging. Of course Pinnacle could do an about-turn but it would damage their reputation and, thus, their ability to win over the boards and shareholders of future business partnership targets.

The question of where a new factory would be built seems secondary to with what means would it be built? Assuming the Pinnacle deal is voted through on Monday and Pinnacle acquires its proposed 80% stake, whether or not Pinnacle is required to purchase the remaining 20% of shares from we PI's, they will exclusively decide the company's future, including capital investments in manufacturing plants. With their large client network with capital looking for high growth opportunities in a flat market, I would imagine that raising the money to build a large new factory will have already been scoped out. If I were Pinnacle, I would buy out the remaining 20% of shares before revealing any of this, of course, because the SP should rocket upon news of a new production facility. The likelihood is that we will receive an offer for our 20% very soon after a yes vote next week.

Rather a late response from me on the post I made yesterday, but....when you said "poor reporting of trades", I couldn't help wondering whether it might actually be TACTICAL reporting? Solid buys until 11:35 to ramp up the SP, followed by continuous profit taking thereafter. I don't know enough about AIM's internal mechanisms to judge whether this is even possible. Can anyone can shed any light on this?
