I had considered making my own representations directly to the BOD, naturally. But I felt that a potentail blizzard of individual Linked-in enquiries, numbering in the hundreds if not thousands, would likely elicit only a few SELECT responses that suited the Board's agenda. Whereas, by polling the WhatsApp group members individually for their thoughts and comments, then condensing these down into a humanly sized number of direct and relevant questions to be sent in one email to the Board, there could be no excuse for them NOT to supply the important information we have a right to receive. For them not to provide the transparency we need would be damaging to their personal reputations. So damning that they would be inviting far hotter attention from regulatory bodies or even law enforcement agencies, I felt.

Message whom? The Board, the lawyers. The Patent Office? It was made clear whwn I joined the WhatsApp group that the group's leader, by consent, would be the sole conduit of questions ro and replies from the BOD. I feel time and opportunity are slipping away, so I am breaking rank and seeeking the input and involvement of individual SH's here, in this open and often too frank forum.

You may have read some of the contributions I made to the WhatsApp Group discussion a couple of days back, where I quoted long-standing UK and US law that entitles a patent holder to rectify the (suprisingly common) clerical error of mis-stating the name(s ) of a patent's inventors in the reistration process, at any time, including when litigation is ongoing, such as Cap-XX's action against Maxwell. The law allows for incorrect names simply to be be scored out, replaced by correct names with a brief note explaining the change, and then filed in the Register - without prejudice to the patent's validity, nor any ongoing legal dispute that may exist. Nobody in the group disputed my assertion and nobody here has yet contradicted it, however absurd the idea is that this law went uncited during the entire trial, by either side. But it is so pivotal to the matter that we really MUST put it to the Board urgently and then compare their response with the official Court record. It could be our get out of Jail Free card.

Yesterday two of my AIM holdings were holed beneath the water line, listing ominously and I had the lifeboats prepped, ready to abandon ship. Today's unexpectedly upbeat trading update allowed me to stand down the oarsmen, for now. Phew!!

It strikes me as being somewhwre between extremely unlikely and totally effing impossible that Pinnacle entered into the rescue agreement with AMTE, indoubtedly involving a considerable degree of research, and incurring sizeable legal and accounting advisors' fees, airfares for Pinnacle delegates to inspect AMTE's assets etc, WITHOUT having already arranged offtake partner companies. Its unthinking. There's so much here that doesn't add up and we are being kept in total darkness about it while thwy plot their desperate escape. We need to make ourselves heard about this debacle and shout from the rooftops for answers to these highly charged questions.

Is it too late now for we shareholders?

Before we voted to accept the BOD's proposed refinancing deal with Pinnacle we all did our own research into Pinnacle's business model, their track record and reputation in order to judge their fitness and finacial means to take a controlling interest in AMTE. We were afforded precious little time in which to do this and vote Yes or No before the Special Meeting was schedule convene to announce the result in what was put to us as "take Pinnacle's offer or the company is finished" example of high pressure voter manipulation.

We all struggled to find independent sources of information (or even Pinnacle sourced material) and because there was no DAMNING information on Pinnacle and the vote was so pressing, my belief is we mostly voted in.line with the Board's recommendation.

We were fed the narrative of Pinnacle as a Robin Hood saviour of struggling companies, which the took under their wing and by beinging in their own expert team of business gurus, plus opening up new sources of investment capital, they would transform AMTE's operation and maximise its market valuation.

NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. The announcement that the shares were suspended was accompanied by the feeble explanation that the company was unable to pay its window cleaning bills so "sorry but you're all bang out of luck coz the Administrators are taking over". WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SUPPOSED SAVIOURS, PINNACLE? Their claimed cash fund ready to rescue impoverished companies couldn't be located? Someone in accounts forgot the PIN f9r the Pinnacke ATM card?

Nah. This stinks of the pure, pre-planned obtaining of an asset by misdirection/deception.

Anyone with conflicting evidence or comment, let us all know proto. Those who concur with my analysis, please dont hang about. Shout it far and wide while there's time to stop the Administrators spending our share capital on accountants' fees and bulldozers.

Your spewing of bike in every post you make is concerning. Its increasing daily and has reached an unhealthy level which might reasonably be diagnosed as the symptom of some kind of psychosis. It seems that with every comment posted that chastises your hostile or belittling comments towards others, your aggression ramps up a level. You may want to take a sabatical -Rest. Watch some old comedies on Dave. Get out and about in the real world and allow your mood the opportunity to lighten.

Your life must be seriously deficient in friendship, leisure activity, physical social interaction, hobbies, kindness, companionship and.....love. Your clinical obsession with points scoring in a one-man-against-the-world game of "told you so" portrays a deeply troubled past absent of love, affection, peer group affirmation, parental attention and moral guidance. These scars on your psyche explain your compulsion to belittle and berate ordinary people who, though having not done no wrong by you, become objects of your indiscriminate, white hot derision and taunts. This behavioural pattern is clinically psychotic and I urge you for the sake of your nearest and dearest to seek expert medical help without delay.

What you wrote didn't resonate with me I'm afraid, because I'm not the sort to follow self-proclaimed experts or visionaries. I just look for snippets of useful data which I then research. As I said, the fact Pinnacle was so shrouded in mystery ought to have been enough for me to walk away, but I didnt and here I am now. If no official, public, investigation is forthcoming in the near term, I will campaign for one until I drop. I revel in this kind of work. Its what I have done my entire career - so stay tuned.

I feel sick at losing £7k I will be unable to win back because I overallocated to AMTE. This was after doing many hours of research (no easy task due to Pinnacle's secretive web of subsidiaries registered all ove the world). That in itself should have warned me off, but the potential rewards, should AMTE receive the financial backing that was touted, were too enticing to pass up. AND I foolishly asssumed the AMTE BOD, wanting the company to continue trading and growing, would have done its homework on Pinnacle and had secured adequate guarantees of such. Now it looks to have been a sham deal all along with Pinnacle ending up 100% owner of the company's physical assets and IP. A bargain for their paltry cash input. It must have been their intention from the beginning because when AMTE recently needed a relatively small cash injection to service its debts, Pinnacle could and would have pulled it out of its spare change bucket. Instead they let AMTE go under, right on schedule as planned. It seems ceratin that somewhere there has been deception legally actionable in the civil or criminal courts. We must press for an investigation and not simply go like lambs to the slaughter without a bleat.

The antiperson might even get a kick out of it too - basking perversely, for a time, in the spotlight of approbrium. Optimist by name, you may be. But you're awfully doubtful about Amte's prospects, despite all of its ducks being in alignment for a faultless take-off from a sub-penny launchpad.

I'm not going to hide that I am taters deep in this company -18% right this minute, but I detest BS merchants and I won't stoop to ramping. So my honest belief is there's a large dam full of investment capital behind AMTE, with its fully mature and patented, bargain-priced, sodium ion battery tech looking like every emerging nation's prayers come true after their signing off on the COP28 agreement a few days back.

With the company's current MCAP, the way I see it there is only one direction AMTE shares will move - UPWARDS - sharply beginning next week and steadily rising as news of many bumper deals, international and domestic, starts to flow and gets louder as the contracts get bigger.

I'm not selling even one share until the price hits 7p. Then I will take a year off to decompress in a tropical paradise.
