Are you not in the slightest bit undecided whether Cap-XX is a sensible investment? It is commonly held that ALL AIM-listed companies are "speculative" to phrase it mildly. To recommend any AIM company without reservation or qualification is, I contend, rash and imperilling to the unqualified, the casual and the novice retail investor. Wouldn't you agree?

I too have read the research upon which your post was based. It is an alluring vision, for sure. But for balance, I recall the research highlighting that many lithium mines, which have in recent years disregarded the tin content of Lithium excavation spoil heaps, should the tin price rise sharply could readily and cheaply bring online their mothballed tin metal production facilities, which would likely lead once more to oversupply (with China out of the game as top buyer due to internal economic meltdown) and a renewed down-trend of the tin price. It's not my opinion - only what I read.

Unless the Newlands find themselves in financial straits and have needed to liberate cash from their shares portfolio pronto, why would they continue to sell regularly while the Cap-XX SP maintains a downward trend? To me this seems highly unusual for monied investors with access to top quality professional advice. Could it be that they have access to privileged information?

Today has no particular signifance for Cap-XX, from what I can glean from the Press and media. Maybe this is how it used to be before Maxwell. Or more likely - BEFORE WOBBLE! :-)

It's currently 15:05 in London and although CAP-XX SP is up 3.7% as of this moment, this here comment what I writing NOW, is the sole guest at the party. Has something not happened that should have, or vice versa? It's not a Bank Holiday, or I wouldn't have come unto the chat to announce that 20 mins ago I bought another 105,578 shares at 0.70p in order to try to bring down a bit my average buy price ,which is alarmingly much, much higher than 1/7th a Penny..

People have previously offered plausible,legitimate reasons for the misstatements, but it won't sink in. In any case, its annoying because it skews the picture sso that the day's price movements seem to be nonsensical. It can also prompt investors to sell whwn they shouod be buyng - and vice versa.

I just noticed that as of 1 minute ago, Cap-XX was today's second highest riser across the All-Share index IS.......Cap-XX. 1st was Great Western Mining Company. Wish it was Andrada Mining (ATM) instead as I hold quite a lump of them. Still you can't win them all.

I have been talking this through today with my wife, and in in process of vocalising the issue, the huge signifance of overturning the Court's verdict became clearer in terms the of potential conbined cash win, which could include. the reimbursement Cap-XX' legal costs, historical owed royalties, putintive damaged of a scale commensurate with Tesla's market value and profits derived from vehicles built with Cap-XX patented components, very valuable free publicity for Cap-XX because of the inevitable worldwide reporting of a victory against the infamous Tesla, plus the usual reflex copy-cat buying of any small cap company's shares upon investors seeing its price rocket at opeimg by tens of percent or more, which then leads to a surge in finacial press reporting and further interest due to the sensational back-story. When yiu think of it this way, there is an almost unimaginable potential upside. So, thanks again for you comment.
