Permits deadline closed on the 16th June. Award ceremony planned for December. If we’ve won it, then it could come next week.

Estuary DRO deadline closed at the start of December. Let’s be honest I’d imagine Seascape are bidding on this too. 111 MMboe. Award planned for January and signing ceremony planned for April.

MBR 2026 of course opens next year too. I’d suspect these guys will be able to double reserve numbers if the track record continues.

I also feel, for a company that loves to update investors regularly, they have been oddly quiet. Maybe just nothing more to say at the minute, or something up their sleeve.

Either way 2026 is looking pretty densely populated for growth catalysts.

Yep, just highlights how undervalue we truly are. I actually prefer UJO sitting at a higher Mcap because it provides a tangible reference to why we should be much higher.

From the 15 Jan 2024 Guidance & Corporate Update:

“Montara operating costs in 2024 are currently estimated at c.US$120 million and are included in the overall 2024 corporate operating cost guidance above. Going forward, operating costs at Montara are expected to average c.US$95 million per annum for several years.”

That opex guidance has been reiterated in every RNS since, with the same group cost range repeated.

On the volumes side:

Montara: ~5,000 stb/d

Skua-11: +3,500 stb/d

That’s 8,500 stb/d, so:

8,500 × 365 ≈ 3.1 million barrels per year

Using the company’s own opex:

US$95m / 3.1m bbl ≈ US$30/bbl

So using official jadestone numbers, Montara is roughly $30/boe.

We’ve been through the is before and you then started asking about annual average numbers. The fact is whether you like it or not, right now opex is in the range of $27-$31 per boe :)

Just out of curiosity. Lost patience with what? They’ve been clear on expected drill dates, timelines for farmouts ect. Kertang will be drilled when it’s drilled and has an upside case of 20 TCF. Temaris is a 1 TCF monster that was given to us for free with £8 million exploration drill costs. DEWA is looking for production in 2027

If that’s a problem for you then it’s your investment time horizon that’s at fault. That’s perfect acceptable for me. 0-5,000 boepd in three years is phenomenal.

This is what I’m referring too. Assets swaps should be available, share prices high enough for an accretive placing, cash at han too. RBL should be workable.

These guys could certainly be getting after it with a 2,500-5,000 boe acquisition.

I’d suspect so. Outside of speculation though, I would be very disappointed if they wasn’t.

Fundamentally, they are a business. And businesses need revenue. IMO they have everything they need to acquire an asset at this stage so I certainly wouldn’t rule it out.

They still have 8 million cash, annual cash burn slated as ~3 million. Temaris farm out could easily raise $10 million given the resource base.

Anything on Kertang and we are due another $10 million. Not to mention the sky high share price expectation on a success case.

I’d rather they continue as is for now. Would be happy with a small raise if it was for a producing asset.
