On the valuation for Kertang,

I personally think if it’s a discovery Sea becomes a >$1 billion Mcap company. The block essentially becomes a hub because prospectively is v.high, it’s potentially upwards of 60 TCF excluding Kertang when including the ponded turbidite play south of the block and Kertang like structures.

Funny you say that Zengas, seen that news earlier and took £12.5k myself.

I honestly think they have played a blinder with Temaris farm in delay. Every week the price for assets in Malaysia is going up and Temaris seems to be hot property right now.

What are people anticipating the farm in will bring in cash wise?

44 MMboe 2C at 50% farm down. $2 per boe at 22 MMboe is $44 million.

2P have being going between $4-$6. Is $2 fair?

What’s everyone’s thoughts

I was looking over drilling costs for Temaris, 5 million for Tembakau 1, 8 million for Mengkuang, 15 for Tembakau 2. Ofcourse there will be extra costs associated with Tembakau 2 due to the well testing.

Overall bodes well for a cheap as chips development, if these guys get it right then it could be 20,000 boepd for not very much at all.

Hopefully they’ve not tied themselves to a timeline they cannot keep.

The believer in me suspects the official signing ceremony must be already set in stone.

Not really sure what Inpex are doing though. Talk about dragging their feet.

Charlie, nobody can predict what Brent will be this week, this month or this year but…

If you look at the US oil inventory’s, they are falling off a cliff. Over the last 8 weeks the drawdown has been between 15 and 20 million barrels.
