Honestly, there is no games or winks or elephants here. 88e should be banned from AIM, the company pumps its own share prices gets a few placing a away and then goes quiet for a few years. I got burnt on the ice wing well back in 2016. The company was spewing nonsense about how it was going to be the biggest field ever discovered and then dropped an rns with some measly 20 barrel flow test. I’ve got no doubt this will be back up at 4-5p at some point but remember, when the board is full of tampers talking about multi billion pound takeovers... it’s usually time to take the money and run. GLA and I genuinely hope this comes good

OPEC will do what OPEC does, I’d be surprised if they increase supply given the comments from Saudi but even if they do it’s 1 million barrels. US has been dropping by +5 million almost every week. This won’t make a difference.

Made a fundamental flaw in that calculation. That calculation was for jubilee only, ten produces around the same so the actual increased revenue will be

Tullow produced 5383 MMscf of gas in November. A roughy calc on monetising these sales

5,383,000,000/31 = 179,000,000 scf of gas a day

179,000,000 scf is 1,790,000 therms

Uk spot price is currently £0.42 per therm. Just for arguments sake, let’s assume we get 25% of the uk price. £0.1 per therm. Gives us £179,500 per day extra revenue or £65,000,000 per year. That’s 15% of our market cap in extra revenue!

Obviously, every 10p extra gives us an additional £65 million

I’d say we are equal weight on those that predict oil will go to the moooonnn and those that have been predicting a crash since November
