Back in Feb, ICON stated they were in early talks with various parties!! Was that made up or what? 8 months on ICON are no further forward with those “early talks”

Companies like ICON should not be allowed to be listed. Brad has had 9-10 months to show ICON have a viable business. All that has happened is the historical debts have been using conversion after conversion and a consolidation. 9-10 months on from coming out of suspension is there a whisper of any progress. Shambles and quite frankly it’s bordering criminal

The minimum and maximum was purely to determine how many shares VELA would get. It has no relevance to the SP when VELA sell those shares.

The SP is down another 25% just in the last 5 days.

It is a complete lottery. Yes, positive news may come at some point but it is impossible how low the SP will continue to fall until then. IMO I would stay well clear

Maybe VELA thought they would get a lot higher return when selling the shares. Say $5 dollars a share but now that potential windfall of $4 million is now worth just over a $1 million.

Did VELA pay for the initial investment via a placing?

And had to fork out £400K to get the put option?

I didn’t realise it was compulsory to hold shares in a stock before being allowed to post lol. There are always 2 sides to whether a stock is worth buying/holding/selling. Otherwise you only get one view which is not good.
